I have always been a very openly sexual person. I have experimented with many aspects of sexuality over the past few years and have found very few to be distasteful or simply"not for me". I must say that it was more of a turn on than anything I had seen for years. Being a healthcare worker for many years, I have had much experience with sterility and know the problems which come from poor infection control practices. I decided that with my experience with patients and needles, I could do this for myself.

I was a little concerned about the pain. Luckily, a family member of mine had gotten a prescription for EMLA cream from her doctor and had never opened it. I "borrowed" one of her tubes for my procedure. After work one afternoon, I got up my nerve. I got home about five, got my stuff together and went to the bathroom to start. I put the emla on and covered the frenum area with a bandaid and sat down to watch TV for awhile to let it work. In about an hour the area was totally numb. I took off the bandaid and wiped off the cream. Then I just grabbed the skin under my penis, pulled it away from the shaft and pushed the needle through. It didn't hurt a bit. Then, I removed the inner needle, placed the end of the barbell inside the plastic canula left through my penis and pulled it back through. It looked GREAT. I couldn't wait to use it. I knew that I was supposed to wait for it to heal but I couldn't. I had to masturbate that night just to see what it was like.. The experience was spectacular. The sensation of pulling under my penis made me so excited that I didn't last long at all. The next night I put it to the test with my wife. WOW...I couldn't believe it. And she orgasm'd at least three times.
I love telling people about my piercing. I don't look like the type of person who would have one. I am "clean cut", military type who dresses very conservatively. Some people don't believe that I actually have one and others are intreagued by it. I have actually had several people ask me if they can see it. Being a very open person I am glad to oblige them. The men who see it don't appear to be too interested in doing it themselves and can't believe I actually pierced my "meat". The women on the other hand seem to be fascinated by it. Some of them have actually wanted to touch it. One offered to let me use it on her right then and there just to see what it felt like. I didn't, but it sure made me feel great.
This piercing was the best thing I have ever done sexually. Since then I have stretched my piercing up to a twelve gauge. It is still in the process of healing from this process. I am currently wearing a captive bead ring in it but will occasionally change it out to a curved barbell with very big balls on either side. My wife loves that. I guess the thing that I like most about the piercing is that it keeps my mind on my penis and on sex almost all the time. When I am at work, in the mall or visiting friends, there is always a constant "pulling" on my penis. The ring bounces around in my pants and "taps" on my balls any time I walk. Since I pierced myself I have a partial erection at least 80 percent of the time, and when I have a full erection I can almost orgasm just from the pressure of the piercing pulling on my penis. I will definitely get a second frenum as soon as this heals. I have even toyed with the idea of a frenum ladder up the entire bottom of my penis. We'll see.
