I had never thought that I would get this done. Even 6 months ago I thought that only sick and twisted dudes got their dicks pierced. Then about a month ago this all changed.

I knew I didn't want anything visible, so that basically left me with getting my dick pierced. At the time I was just messing around, not even thinking about getting it done. After all, only sick and twisted dudes do that, right? Wrong. I then got to thinking; you know piercing my dick may give me more confidence in myself. So I go to the BME site, which I learned about through my ex-girlfriend. Anyhow I go to BME hoping to find something that doesn't go through the urethra, because I really don't want to learn how to piss standing up again.
So there I am, looking at the pictures of male genital piercings, and reading the experiences. I sat there and asked my self the same question for every piercing on the page, "Do I want that?" The answer was always "No, that's not exactly what I want." Then I came across the frenum piercing. "AH HAH! Perfect" I thought. So I read nearly all the experiences, and decided that was the one for me. After all, the chicks seem to dig it and it seems to be less painful than the others.
For a few weeks thereafter I researched it some more on BME, and talked to people online about it. I found this really cool dude on AOL who was willing to talk to me about it. He gave me a few pointers about piercings and life in general. If you see this, THANKS A MILLION, PILLS! Anyhow, his pointers and whatnot really closed the door on what is going to be my first piercing.
Fast forward to February 8, 2001. The date I decide to go down to the studio and get pierced. I had already arranged, a week earlier, with my sister to take me down there and pick me up. I get home from school at about 1:30. "Shit where's my sister?" The bitched flaked out on me. Banks are closed over the weekend and on the holiday on the following Monday. So I cant cash my check. I had to wait until Tuesday, the 13th. Four days of agonizing waiting. Luckily it was a minimum day at school, so I get out before noon. "Excellent I think to myself" I can go to the bank, and then go straight to the studio when it opens. Well, It doesn't exactly happen that way, but hey, I still got to the bank and to the studio. I went to the bank with my sister at about 3 or so. Afterwards she had to go some other places, so that ate up a bunch of time. By the time we get home, it was 4:45 and she had to leave for school at 5. Needless to say, she didn't take me to the studio again. I was sitting there feeling sorry for myself, so I said, "Fuck it, I'll take the bus." And that's exactly what I did.
When I got to BodyMod, the piercing studio that I chose, I was told I had to wait because Airick was in with another piercee. When he came out I paid him and filled out the paper work and stuff, which was a lot less paper work than I expected. Anyhow, we start talking about various things then we finally get down to business. I somehow wasn't very nervous. I'm about to let a dude put a needle through my dick and I wasn't nervous, what the hell is wrong with me? Probably nothing. He marked me, then put the clamp on which didn't hurt at all. Then he tells me to start breathing that I knew all about from everyone's experiences. I have to admit, the needle hurt. But it wasn't too terribly bad. I'm not sure if it was worse than what I expected or not, because the pain was instantaneously gone. He then put the barbell through and I was good to go. Airick asked if he could take some pictures and I obliged, after all, he's a damn cool guy. I walked down to Jack In The Box and went into the bathroom to check it out, all looks well so far except for its crooked. Oh well. I think that may have occurred when I moved my leg after he stuck the needle in. I don't mind that much, seeing as how it was probably my fault. Although I may tell him tomorrow when I go down there to buy some soap and to ask if I can get a copy of the pictures he took. Well, I've had the piercing for not even an hour and I cant tell its there. Hell, right after he put the barbell in I couldn't tell it was there. If anyone lives in the Riverside area, I definitely recommend Airick and the rest of the staff at BodyMod.
