When I got my tongue pierced when I was 18, it was the first piercing I had ever. I had a very good experience at Forbidden Fruit and Tattoos. John pierced my tongue, and my friends too. I thought it was nothing so I decided right there that I wanted to get a genital piercing. Don't ask me why it just called to me.

I wasn't familiar about it so I started searching. I found an apadavia first and thought it was not really what I wanted. It looked too painful and the healing time was long. Not really what I want for my first experience. Then I found a frenum and read about a frenum loop. I wanted to give it a try. I've been planning getting a frenum for 3 years. Now that I've turned 21 I thought it was time.

I've read articles on BME to see how it was done. So I have something to compare to since I knew of noone that has ad this done. I talked with some of my close friends and they tought I was crazy(guys), others thought it was a cool idea(girls). I knew I was doing the right thing. lol. I went to Forbidden F. and payed. I sat around with 3 friends who came with me...Ryan getting an industial, was wrapped up in is own world trying to deside which jewerly he should get, his girl Amanda getting her ears double pierced, she wanted to watch me, and Cassie who just came to watch but ended up with henna all over her arms and legs. I tryed to seem as calm as possible, but inside it was tripping me out that I was actual going to do it. I had to wait 20 minutes so Cassie filled the time with "what if" stories trying to make me cave, but no matter what she could possibly make up, my curiosity led me on.

I did exacly what every story on BME said I'd be doing (sterilize, foreceps, needle, jewerly), The needle felt like lighting a match, blowing it out, and touching it to your cock without any lingering effects. The foreceps I didn't even feel, but saw. The jewerly stung a little as it was inserted, and the whole process was just as quick as that. Just a little pain for a split second and then it's gone. The piercer even paused before he put the needle in so I could give the word to "go".

He explained the aftercare in detail and told me a few stories of frenum piercings (they were all probally piercer's myth's), but I soon recovered from the dizzy head rush. John also said that I have to lay off the sex for 6-8 weeks!!!! Damn.. to late now to turn back. I thought to myself this was a good time to get one, being that I don't have a steady girlfriend right know.

The piercing is healing well doing daily salt baths and cleaning with anti-bactial soap. The first day really didn't feel like anything, the second day it was stingy, the third day was the crusties, but those are gone and it just plain itches. It's still new and it's a shocker, but awesome at the same time. The cleaning ritual is pretty extensive, but I've found if you take vitamins that have zinc in them it cuts your healing time down and you don't get the crusties for that long. Also it's important to use pure sea salt from the ocean, not man made like table salt.

Since I have done the body modification I can't wait to put it to work. A few curious ladies want to see it, but they even more questionable when I tell them no, because it's still healing. One of my close girlfriends has even set a date for us on the day after 7 weeks has expired. I wonder what she wants?

I would definitly get another frenum closer to the head. Mine is located down the shaft. One question for you... e-mail me if you KNOW where to get a frenum loop??????

Bear is the main guy he's been piercing for 18 years. John is his assistant and is well versed in piercing. They also offer custom tattoos, henna, scarification, and jewerlly. They are very professional, clean, and informative. After we came back from the parlor, someone that didn't know we went commented on how we smelled sterlized like a hospital. Plus you get free live local music when you get pierced because Flamingo Cantina's(local reggea, puck ,and rock) stage is right next door! www.forbiddenfruit.com
