PA ---> frenum : 1st piercing experience

I have always liked mods, some of my best friends have several piercings and tattoos, it's weird but somehow I can connect better with people with mods? Think about it.

So, why did I wait so long to get my first piercing? Well mostly because I worked for a company's who were not open minded when it comes to body modifications. Even earrings are not allowed, there ya go. I also worked as a teacher for awhile, in a catholic school were the students weren't allowed to wear piercings. I never saw rules for the teachers ......?

Anyway, it was about a year ago that I found out you could pierce other things then your nose and ear. I found this amazing site and started to read the experiences & stuff.... After thinking about it for a very long time I decided I wanted a PA!

I took a day off last Friday and wanted to get my PA piercing, I went to the only studio I knew. I was very nervous. Nobody was in the shop when I arrived (it was lunchtime), a girl showed up after awhile, I asked her if I could have a PA from them. Turned out she was the piercer and she told me she didn't want to do it : she didn't do male genitals piercings. Bummer. She gave me an address from another studio, and told me they might be able to help me there.

That other studio was not far away, weird I had never noticed it, 't was not far away from a record store that I frequently visit! I was very nervous, had to be strong to enter the place, scared for another disappointment.

A guy asked me if I came for a tattoo or piercing, I stuttered "piercing" , it was pretty obvious how nervous I was I guess. He introduced me to the piercer, she was female as well. I thought; ahhhh another girl, not again!!!! But I asked if she could give me a PA and the answer was "YES". Phewww big relief. She showed me some photos of PAs, not that I needed to see them, I saw lots of PA pics on this site.

I asked her how much it would cost and if I needed an appointment. She said that she preferred to do it after the normal hours, and we agreed to do it the next day.

It felt good to have an appointment!!!

I woke up the next morning, all I could think of was that I would have a piercing that night, I was so excited and a bit nervous, but less then the day before.

The girl that would pierce me was there and we went to the back, she asked me to lay down and remove my pants. She told me the PA was a complicated piercing. She was nice and friendly, and it helped me to relax, still a bit nervous though, not knowing what to expect.

She then said that it didn't look good because I had some big veins going through my penis in the area were the PA had to be done. She tried to find a way to get through it without touching a vein, this 'looking for a way with a small stick (no worries, she didn't use a needle needle) didn't feel very good, she had to conclude that the risk was too big, and well.... I didn't want to bleed the rest of my life. She showed me the veins and I could understand it wasn't a good idea to touch them .... Needless to say, I was disappointed.

But she suggested another piercing : a frenum. I had to think about it for 30 secs but decided to get it done, I really didn't want to leave without piercing!!!

I knew what a frenum was, actually I had considered getting one.

So, this is were the story changes from "getting a PA" to "getting a frenum".

The piercer told me that the frenum was cheaper, it was less complicated, it would also bleed less and it wouldn't affect my peeing. It didn't sound that bad.

She used the clamps, that didn't feel very comfi, but nothing I couldn't handle. She then advised me to take a deep breath, and to exhale when she said, that's the moment she would pierce me. I felt the needle but it didn't hurt that much, it was over in a second. She then placed the ring, that was it. Nothing if you compare it with going to the dentist.

Meanwhile she had also told me the aftercare procedure, she would give me a bottle of disinfectant that I had to use twice a day. I can go back if the bottle is empty, they'll fill it up, a free service. Very cool.

I felt really good on my way home, I finally had something I always wanted!!!!

I looked at my frenum when I arrived home, I liked it a lot. I had to pee, everything worked like it used to work and it didn't hurt. My first piercing experience was great, no pain, no blood. I can't believe I would have liked a PA more then this one. You have to consider a frenum, believe me!

I wonder how it will feel to masturbate or to have sex with my piercing, I'm curious but I have to wait a few days/weeks before I can try it out I guess, but seems like the healing is going very well / fast.

Meanwhile I already decided I want more piercings : labret, tongue and lip; those will be visible for the world around me, means I better start looking for another job. People will have to except me for what I am, with piercings. I like the idea.
