I told him it looked okay to me, as i had no idea where a first frenum should be placed. He told me that this was the generally best placement for the frenum, but i could go lower or higher if i wanted. I let him know that i may get more in the furutre, depending on the pain and healing involved. Justin checked the placement once more, and asked me if i was ready. I told him "go ahead,if the damn thing shrinks anymore itll disappear!!". He told me to relax, inserted the needle, and followed it with the barbell. There was no pain at all, much to my surprise. I had my nipples done previously, and they hurt like hell, so i was expecting almost intolerable pain. Justin asked me to sit there for a few minuted before getting up. I guess he knew what he was talking about, cuz the endorphins kicked in HARD! I got such a rush i dont think i couldve stood up if i had to! A few more jokes were made about doing a ladder, as long as i was in there. Aftwerwards, i was explained aftercare and healing instructions. There was a minor disagreement in how long i should wait before having sex between the apprentice and Justin. i went with Justins advice, not only because hes the piercer, but also because he has his frenum done also. Basically, he said to wait six weeks, but if it didnt hurt, then do what i wanted to do. If i bothered the new piercing, it would let me know in no uncertain terms. Its now been seven weeks since i got the piercing. The sex is fantastic with my girlfriend. She loves the new piercing, and says it does feel different than before. I wouldnt expect a professional piercer to tell me what to do if i went against his aftercare advice. I dont advocate not following aftercare instructions on any piercing, but if you do, know the risks involved. Im looking forward to stretching it more, to help combat the "cheesecutter" effect of having a small guage piercing. I know it certainly helped my nipples when i stretched them to a 10ga. My frenum is currently a 12ga, with plans to stretch to at least an 8. I've been researching frenum stretching and how large i can go to without problems. Ive heard stories about 2ga and larger. My thinking (and Justins) is not to go larger than 8ga due to the location and corresponding small amount of tissue holding the piercing in. I also asked Justin about the use of a captive bead ring, to encircle the penis for sex. He said he wouldnt reccomend it, due to the amount of "enlargement" when you cum. He said it could very well swell to the point where the jewelry constricts the penis, trapping blood in the head, making it impossible to become "unerect" (is this a word??), untiol the jewelry was cut off, or surgically removed. Although i really want a captive, this has scared me to the point that i probably wont get it. If i do decide to, i plan on masturbating and measuring the circumference right at the point of orgasm. That way, i cant possibly get too small a diameter. The only problem ill have then is the ring slipping off when im not erect.
The only problem i have encountered so far is the balls on the captive rubbing the head of my penis. This is the main reason i am considering a captive bead ring instead of the barbell. A curved barbell was suggested by my girlfriend, but i think it might irritate the head worse if it were to rotate so the curve part faced the head of my penis. I asked Justin about this and he told me that was normal healing, and soon it wouldnt bother me at all.Otherwise, theres no pain, even when i twist the barbell. All in all, i'd say it was a very pleasurable experience, and plan on getting another (lower frenum or P.A.) when my girlfriend goes away for work again!
