I have been interested in piercing for a long time but this was a topic I never thought about in a serious manner. First, I wanted my ear to be pierced but that seemed to me "usual". Piercing other spots is something I never though about. I don't want to have some very indiscreet piercing. I wanted something different. A year ago piercing started to interest me more and more and I found a lot of sites on the internet about it. There I found out everything about male genital piercing. I got an inspiration. Genital piercing would fit me well because nobody would know in public if I had one. I decided to have some light genital piercing. First I wanted PA but although I am not circumcised that wouldn't fit me well. I gave up.

One of the reasons I wanted it, was infibulation. My partner and I wanted to try some orgasm denial games. Stopping masturbating or sexual activity was very hard to me despite the efforts I made. We thought about infibulation as a reasonable way to prevent orgasms.
First I wanted to pierce frenum and scrotum. The idea was to place one ring through the other thus preventing even the erection. We gave up of this because piercing scrotum seemed very dangerous and my frenum is filled with veins and I couldn't find the right spot to pierce. I decided to pierce foreskin and do classic infibulation. There are no piercing studios near me so I decided to do it myself. I don't have big medical knowledge but enough to perform piercing. Some days prior to actual piercing I looked over my cock to find the best possible place for piercing. My idea was to have some kind of vertical infibulation. I pulled the foreskin over the glans and looked for the appropriate place. Piercing foreskin from a side seemed to me difficult because there are lot of veins there too and I was afraid to do anything there. I decided to pierce the foreskin behind the glans but not the frenum.
First I bought small gold ring with simple clamp. The ring is about 2-3mm thick, I don't know what gauge it is. My goal was to have a ring on the bottom ridge of foreskin when not erected aligned with the penis. When I finally found the place I pulled the foreskin behind the glans to see where the piercing would be when erected. It was just below the frenum.
One evening after I took a shower in my bathroom I took 3% hydrogen and disinfected the area. I sat on the chair I took in and placed the clean towel over my legs up to the cock. The ring was washed with soap and placed into the small cup filled with hydrogen. After that I took 0.9mm sterile medical needle. I stretched the foreskin and started to pick the tissue with the needle to find out would it hurt much. It was very hard for me to stretch the skin with just one arm fingers while trying to pierce with the other sitting on the chair, watching it from above. I felt no pain and I decided to pierce. A deep breath before I pushed the needle slowly towards the foreskin. It hurt just a little bit when the needle entered the tissue. I continue pushing and it passed whole way through it with no pain. I saw the needle on the other side. Just a couple of blood drops came out. Lack of pain surprised me. I looked at my cock to make sure I did everything well and not hurt any vein. After a few seconds I took the ring and placed the clamp end towards the needle, pushed the needle back and the ring was placed. I closed the clamp and poured the whole area with hydrogen again. I finally did it and was very curios how it looks like. I stood up and went in front of the mirror. My cock was flaccid and I could see the result well. Just what I wanted. Everything went well. During the next few days I rinse the place with salt water every morning and evening. The piercing healed with no problems.
The next step would be piercing upper side of the foreskin. After it heals I plan placing one larger diameter captive bead ring through both holes. According to the ring's placement this can prevent masturbation and even erections. After having my foreskin pierced I had to stop masturbating for a few days because I was afraid of wound irritation and possible infection.
I advice not to do this and similar things by yourself. It is better, easier and safer a professional piercer to do.
