This was a spur of the moment kind of thing. I was in St. Marks Place with my friend in Manhattan and were walking, BS-ing and we walk by this place, not a very fancy parlor, the man who does the piercing will sell you a fake Gucci bag on your way out of his hole in the wall shop. But another friend I have got his eyebrow pierced by the same guy and I saw how he did it so I thought why not. Also the dude spoke very little English. It was funny because when he saw me he rushed me into the chair, all excited, it was creepy, started showing me different drawings of where I should get it done. I think he was almost too happy to see me pants less!! We talked a little about the pain factor and he said it was nothing. This guy had 14 years experience, or so he said, and I felt semi-ok.
At A Glance Author Len Contact Len@bme.anon When N/A Artist dont know his name Studio hole in a wall street piercing shop Location st marks place, manhatten This is my fourth piercing on my penis. I already had 2 frenum piercings and one hafada. I believe I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but folks let me tell you something, when the clamp came down on my foreskin, I gave of a screechy sound. The clamp hurts more than the needle, and the one thing I liked about the piercer is that he had a rubber band on
the clamp so he didn't make it go down to its fullest extend.
To anyone who is interested in a piercing in the genital region, I would recommend a more professional establishment, where you can see everything is sanitary and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you feel uncomfortable because the shop smells odd or you simply don't like the person who will do it for you, by all means go to another shop, there usually is another one not to far. Once one has some experience with receiving a needle through the penis and knows how to take care of it and you don't want to shell out $20-$35 extra dollars (usually a piercing like that costs 45-70 dollars but I got him to do it for $30) go do it wherever you want.
My schwontz has too much foreskin so a PA I found is out of the question, maybe permanently. So I see I have skin, and I'm thinking "by Hell I will have metal go through it!"
After my first piercing that was done by a guy, followed by the other 2 (all done by the same artist) I lost all my sense of shame, so pulling my pants down in front of a person I never met didn't seem like a big problem. I was a little paranoid that he might hit the main vein but after careful planning the best spot was chosen. Took a deep breath, looked down to see the whole thing (I like to be sure that nothing out of the ordinary will happen) Instantly it was over, no blood. Minimal pain from the needle, almost didn't feel a thing. Paid the man, shook his hand, and left with a big grin on my face and a shocked look in my friends eyes.
So far there is only a little red on the tip of the skin, nothing major. Basic cleaning procedure will be followed, wash it once a day, bactine twice a day for 2-3 weeks and a salt soak now and then. It helps if you change your underwear everyday to keep the area nice and clean. I am writing this story about 8 hours after I got the piercing so I didn't go to sleep yet. I hope to wake up without blood on my drawers. Sleeping is a little uncomfortable if one likes to sleep on their stomach like I do so I have to make do. The CBR is thinner than a 14 gauge so its pretty thin and I might stretch it when it heals. Stretching shouldn't be a problem either, just take it little by little and you will have more decorations on your penis than on a Christmas tree.
This is a very minor procedure and takes only 1 minute. The pain is minimal except for the walk home might be a little uncomfortable. My advice would be if this is ones first time; eat something before the whole shindig, be sober, and try to think about the next place you want to get a piercing because yes it is addictive. I have only 4 on my genitalia and because of my chosen profession I cannot have any facial piercings. I hope to get both my nipples done next and a few more hafadas.
This experience for me was an odd one because of the location of the place but even so the person who did it followed the rules of sanitation. sterile jewelry, sterile needle, gloves and soap. No lube though but it was over in a heartbeat. To anyone who wants a piercing down south: Good Luck!
