I have been tinkering around with the idea of piercing my member for quite some time now. I had zero piercings as of the time this story took place and never even considered getting anything other than perhaps a frenum. My fascination with modifying my member began around age 14 when I stumbled across Derrick Townsend's Foreskin restoration site.

Needless to say, the techniques explained within Derrick's site, T-Taping being the most prominent, really got me excited. I felt that I had been wronged and decided to do everything I could do to restore my foreskin. The problem was, however, that I am an extremely impulsive and lazy individual. I immediately crafted a makeshift device to tug my foreskin (and eventually stretch) the existing skin around my shaft up around the head of the penis. After about three weeks of using this technique I was more or less exhausted, and I decided that there was too much work in taping, re-taping and adjusting the system to be able to keep it up consistently for the months or even years it could take to finish the procedure. I then started using O-Rings (there is a detaile d PDF file on a multiple O-Ring technique online) I purchased from a local hardware store to keep the length of "faux"skin I had grown over my penis's head and hopefully coax it into growing a little bit more. The O-Ring technique is a much less invasive and almost maintenance free technique that I decided I could handle. However, the results that come from this technique are much slower than others that use anchoring/stretching devices such as elastic bands.
Anyway, by the time I was 16 I had grown barely enough fauxskin to wrap around my head when sitting. This created a more than pleasurable feeling, and was especially great for masturbating, since I no longer had to use lubricant, and just slid the skin up and down over the corona like uncircumcised guys would.
Anyway, on to the actual piercing story—I read a story of someone who had used piercing in conjunction with restoration. By placing two holes on the point of equilibrium (P.O.E--the tip of the restored foreskin when stretched) he allowed an anchoring point for a stretching device. There are obvious advantages to this method; mainly that it doesn't require taping or any other kind of adhesive. I was enticed by this concept and decided that I needed to pierce my existing foreskin to be able to use this method. The problem was that I had only enough skin to cover my head when sitting, and when erect or slightly erect, there was nothing but a few ripples of skin. I thought that this might be a problem to pierce, since the piercing would basically just go under the skin and come out a quarter of an inch up the shaft when erect. However, I felt that if I went with a quarter-inch 18ga barbell, I would be fine even when erect. Also, when I first fantasized about this idea I was arou nd sixteen and a half years old, and I feared that if something went wrong I would be forced into telling my parents.
I forgot about the entire thing until four or five months ago when I got back into restoration and went to college. I performed the piercing about three months ago in my dorm's bathroom after toying with the idea, which was really the only place it could be done, since I have two roommates and almost no private time in my room. I found a large safety pin, and used my water-boiler to clean the safety pin before washing it with rubbing alcohol. I took my safety pin, a sharpie marker, and an 18ga barbell I bought online into the bathroom and prepared for the moment of truth. I marked the P.O.E. when flaccid and coaxed my penis into becoming erect to decide where to mark the entry and exit points (on either side of the P.O.E.) for the ¼ inch barbell for each of the two piercings so that they would not be overly stretched when I got an erection. As soon as I finished marking the two piercings, I doused the area in question with rubbing alcohol and decided to make my move. I wante d to wait for my penis to become flaccid again because I felt it would be simpler to poke the safety pin through loose skin rather than under the same skin tightly stretched against my erect penis. However, the anticipation of the event had me so aroused I could not loose the erection. I tried to think of a way to loose my erection and I remembered good old vodka. I knew from personal experience there is no better way to loose an erection than a few shots of vodka. I went back to my room and took the shots, and waited about a half an hour for the effect to kick in. After I was a bit tipsy (probably not the best idea for doing anything with sharp instruments) I proceeded back to the bathroom with my supplies. The markings were still clear and I had lost my erection. I re-swabbed the area with alcohol, and pulled the skin firmly away from my body. I made sure the exit/entry holes lined up on either side of the skin, and poked through. I'm not sure if it was the alcohol or not , but I felt nothing but a little sting. I've heard some people felt h ighly orgasmic during the piercing, but to me the act of piercing was hardly something to find pleasurable. The second piercing went off without a hitch much like the first, and there were only a few drops of blood coming of the holes in my penis skin. The hard part was what came next. The hole created by safety pin was too small initially to fit the 18ga barbells, but I managed to force them into the holes somehow in my drunken stupor. After I had affixed all my jewelry I put some more alcohol on the whole area and wrapped my member with some gauze before hitting the sack. When I woke up the next day I was pleased to see that there was almost no dried blood on the gauze and that little crusties had formed around the holes. Obviously, the piercing was too new to masturbate with for a few days, but I got an erection the day after, which was painful at first and caused some minor bleeding, but it also forced me to admire the beauty of the new piercings. I made sure to wash my foreskin with soap and/or rubbing alcohol at least twice a day for the next few weeks. I also had to remove some of the larger scabs that formed around the jewelry. After about a month the piercing had almost totally healed, and I wanted to try using an elastic band attached to the barbells, and it worked like a charm. I have to resist the urge to put a lot of tension on the piercing because at one point it caused the skin to tear a bit around one of the holes. I've read that its better to stretch with a larger gauge piercing (i.e. 8ga or 4ga), but I don't really like the idea of having gigantic holes in my foreskin and I think that might scare off any females who could decide to do the dirty with me. Anyway, after about two months of consistent stretching, I've probably doubled the length of my foreskin, and I now have full coverage even when standing up, but still nothing when erect. The holes of the piercing have also stretched as a result and are now about 12ga, but I'm too lazy to buy the proper jewelry, so I still use the 18ga barbells. I also have enough skin to infibulate the holes (when erect) and use one barbell to connect both holes together. Something about chastity I find really erotic, and I think the idea of perhaps stretching the holes enough to get a small padlock to fit would be cool. Plus, the weight of the padlock may stretch the foreskin as well.
Anyway, I find the piercings highly erotic, and especially enjoy the feeling of the metal rubbing against my shaft and corona during masturbation. Sex is nothing less than stellar, and my cock looks great in a condom with four odd bumps toward the top. I'm not sure if this will lead to me getting more piercings in the future. I'm still considering a frenum, but I fear it could damage my remaining frenulum tissue (which is the most sensitive area on the entire penis).
