I must have caught the piercing "bug" last year in june (2000). That is when i did my first real piercing. I pierced my left nipple. I have been one to do all my piercings, mainly because i don't really feel like being turned down at a studio. I improvise and i feel i do a good job at it. I have read and have literature and videos on how to pierce and its given me a a good understanding of the procedures. i know that nothing replaces experience but i feel that i was not a complete idiot in going about it.

I was online ordering some jewelry and i decided that i would order some jewelry to do a foresking piercing. i had been wanting a genital piercing but i didn't want to have to deal with a PA or Appalang. so i figured i would do a foreskin. I figured it was different and wouldn't be much trouble due to the tissue it would be in. all i had to worry about were veins. I ordered my supplies from spaulding and rogers. (not a plug) I had sloted pennington forceps from my nipple piercing. also i had a needle pusher, and some other tools that i didn't really need. i ordered 3 pieces of jewelry. A 14g 3/8th" circular barbell surgical steel, and 2 14g 7/8th" surgical stell barbells, also 3 14g piercing needles (autoclaved). I prefer surgical steel cause its simple and is not flashy.
I had been talking to a friend about piercing my foreskin and she was teh one that really encouraged me to do it. shes a fan of male genital piercings. after talking to her for a while i mentioned that my supplies came in and that i felt like piercing, shes very enthusiasically said "yes you should". well a little while later i foudn myself in my bathroom, with my pants down and my penis hanging out of my boxers. I was trying to decide on placement. i originally wanted the circular barbell on the bottom and the two barbells on the top going vertically. I marked and put the forceps on (not an easy task due to the softness of the tissue and also due to the fact foresking "slides" a bit between layers) and i pushed the needle through. no pain not really anything. now to put the jewelry in, not so easy as the needle. I made the mistake of taking the forceps off and this make the holes go askew. lets just say i had a mildly painful and bloody experience trying to get a barbell through. originally that is where the circular barbell was supposed to go but i had pierced too far in to allow for enough space. the other piercings went fine because i knew not to take the forceps off. afterwards i had to wear a condom and some gauze just so the jewelry wouldn't move around too much and cause irritation. of course i had to buy the non-lubricated kind or that would just be a mess.
there was very little blood after the whole procedure and i am very happy with the results. the jewelry is not the way i had originally intended but i like it nontheless. i now one barble on the bottome this is vertical and the other barbell is on the top vertical also. the circular barbell was put on the side of the opening and occaisonly gets snagged on to one of the barbells which can give a bit of a surprise when walking. for those that are reading to find out what it is like, all i have to say is that from what i experienced it is not painful or anything like that. it is quick and makes for a good piercing and conversation starter. you don't have to worry about urinating, it doesn't make a big mess. its just like it was before just have to be careful sometimes. one thing to take into consideration is that the shape of the foreskin changes with an erection so that means that the jewelry moves around a bit. its not painful or anthing else, its just something to take into consideration.
a few weeks have gone by and regretibally, one of the piercings have fallen out. apparently the bead became unsrewed and it just fell out. the hole closed up so i was not able to replace it. i plan on ordering more jewelry and piercing again. it had been healing fine. its a bit hard to run for the first week or so but after that it is not very noticable. i suggest this piercing becuase it is very good for displaying jewelry for those who wish to see. heh for some reason lots of girls have wanted to see it, but at the most inopurtune times.
