Uncircumcised, I have always felt that was best. The glans remains tender and almost electric to the touch, even now at age 62.Face it. Foreskins is FUN!
Early on, at about 12, when I would get erections just from thinking about erections, I started trying to keep the foreskin from springing back when it got hard. I'd go into the bathroom and try to get enough band-aids across and around the opening to hold it shut before it raged into erection. I don't remember when I was finally successful. But the skin did stretch, and now I can have a full, throbbing erection while the foreskin opening still stays closed. Sometimes I keep it taped shut for a week or more.
The game then was to try to avoid touching it; to try to keep from actually masturbating to orgasm. I don't think I ever had the will-power to not start, or to stop.
I was always fascinated with the idea of sticking things down the hole. I remember the stinging sensation of bath-soap and later, of a little rubbing alcohol, which always made it that much stiffer. Later I got into sticking q-tips, glass rods and finally home-made catheters of plastic tubing I bought at the hardware store (not recommended).
I heard about the ideas of infibulation and subincision at about the same time, in my late twenties. Married at the time, I could do no more than make some tiny cuts down toward the frenum, to open up the urethra. That at least made it easier to stick bigger things in it, like tooth-brush handles.
Once, In the 70's I sewed the foreskin shut. When I tried to remove the thread it disappeared into the interior. Later it formed a little cyst on the inside of the foreskin. I finally went to a little Jewish urologist who wanted to solve the problem by circumcision. I went home and cut out the cyst with a razor-blade.
Sometime in the late 70's I discovered electro-masturbation. I would hook myself up to a stereo tuned to static, and drive myself to orgasm after orgasm until I was totally exhausted. I used a plain old Radio-shack stereo. Stripped a few inches of each wire. Wrapped one around the shaft just behind the glans, then made a sort of 'cage' with the other lead, which went over the head. The feeling of having that electric current all concentrated in the sensitive glans is excruciatingly pleasure-painful. I can stay in an orgasmic state for literally hours. I still love that. I have a PES unit, which is easier to control, but a stereo is better. I can't take all it can give. With the PES, I am often left wanting more, when the dials are all at the maximum. I'm just starting to experiment with synthesized pulses from the computer. I also like fastening one electrode to an old-fashioned can-opener, and sliding the rod down the urethra. An aluminum tent-stake also works nicely.
Also in the '70's I finally, primitively pierced the foreskin on both sides using a sewing needle. It was later that I discovered I could buy proper equipment for it. I put 12 ga rings in either side, and stretched the holes to take a small padlock. The padlock often irritated the tissue, but I would sometimes put on the lock and mail both keys back to myself, so I could not get it off without a hack-saw, until the keys came back About this time I realised that I could both infibulate and stretch at the same time. I would stack up to 20 quarter coins inside the foreskin then put on the padlock and let it stretch all day. That was wild!
With a foreskin that long, a side benefit is the length of sensitive skin that extends back behind the glans, and can be exposed almost to the base. The only problem is that now there is so much total skin that it will never stay pulled back even when erect. I have found small rubber cock-rings will hold it back once the penis is hard,even during sex. The sensation is exquisite.
Even so, there is a lot of excess foreskin when the skin is pulled back, even when erect. I have considered trying to find a way to do what I call a 'proper' circumcision. This would involve Slitting the foreskin at the very tip and cutting around just where the 'inner' and 'outer' layers are joined to separate the two layers. Then the outer layer would be slit dorsally, down the shaft, and cut around at a point about 2-3 inches back, removing it. The inner 'feel-good' skin would then be pulled back down the shaft and sutured to the cut edge. This would ideally leave the glans covered when flaccid, but the skin 'pleasantly tight enough' when erect. Would I try this myself? Never! too many big blood vessels. It will probably remain an erotic dream.
A small inconvenience of a long stretched foreskin, is that the foreskin opening is so loose. I miss the tight little hose-pipe. I've seriously considered trying to tighten it by cutting away a small area of the outer skin on the bottom side and suturing the cut ends together. One of these days I'll probably do it.
Another notion is to pierce through just the outer layer at the tip, and slide a small ring around between the two layers. But this raises the possibility of other complications, since there will now be a permanent opening for bad stuff to get between the layers.
I've fantasized about an ampallang or apadravya that also goes through the foreskin. Never seen one.
I have recently done a meatotomy, in a series of small to medium cuts. The opening is now down to where the skin starts, past where the PA used to be. I expect I'll take it a little further. Maybe a lot further, but not so far that I have to part with my foreskin!
These were all done with a double-edge razor-blade. I'm sure there are better instruments, and I like the idea of using a clamp first; but there is something truly erotic about a double-edged razor blade sitting in the bowl of alcohol, waiting to fulfill its destiny.
At some point I read in PFIQ about the idea of a 'bull-ring'.

I set out to give myself a bull-ring. I took a twenty-penny nail (my urethra was already stretched wide enough for it, but that's another story) and sharpened it. Gently sliding it down the shaft, I bent the penis just above the balls and pushed the sharpened tip through the urethra. It took some work with a razor-blade to get the hole big enough for the nail, but I got it through. I put some plastic tubing through it for a few days and it healed quite well. It's a little too high up the shaft and a little off-center, and it's not a straight-out hole, so sometimes it's a little hard to find from inside. But I can put a ring in it, and I can attest that it will make erections no fun. Next time I would do it the way the 'original' was done, with a leather punch- and I'd try to get someone else to do it. There are too many things to do with only two hands.
I opted to not try the hole through the scrotum. What I would really like is to pierce through the urethra BEHIND the balls, and install a bull-ring that way. I wonder about what all is in the way down there. But imagine the (non?) feeling of ejaculation without ejaculation. One could literally close off the urethra and never use it again!
Returning to the foreskin, one routine that is really fun is to put snap-links through each side, with a rope around the buttocks that keeps the foreskin pulled back very tightly. I could 'masturbate' to orgasm with this rig, just by continuous flexing of the penis. I say 'could' because 2 years ago, I overdid it and the right-side hole pulled almost through. I finally cut it through and am waiting to re-pierce it a little further back.
I also have a 'punching' (not a piercing) through the foreskin on the bottom side front. I did this with a standard grade-school paper-punch in about 3 hours one night. It is not real pretty, but it healed faster than any of my piercings.
When I re-pierce the right side I'll use a leather punch.It's bloodless if I don't hurry it, and it heals faster than a piercing with a needle. Also, I can get a big hole right at the start, without going through a lot of tedious and painful stretching.
A few years ago I discovered the joy of the variable-speed electric drill. I lock in a piece of smooth plastic rod with small bends in it, lubricate it and slide it down the urethra. Then turn on the drill at low low speed, and slowly rev it up. Orgasm is almost impossible to control.
Not being in touch with people I trust with this stuff, I've never done any of it in 'company'. Maybe someday.
