As of late April 2005. I had made an appointment with the infamous Christian Noni. I had heard a lot about him through other people in the industry and what remarkable work and talent he has.

When i talked with Christian, he had shown me some of his custom molded silicone jewelry in order to help heal the transcrotal piercing. I was absolutely amazed. I had never seen as much thought and detail put into something like this. Atleast not with the other piercers who are known but have that rock star attitude.
Christian was very professional, very informative about how the procedure starts, ends and the healing process. He did inform that despite the popularity of these piercings, they can be hard to heal (which i already knew).
I knew how the procedure was done already, though I quickly learned that christian does the procedure slightly different.
Now its time for the details!
My girlfriend and I met up with Christian and his crew. They all were EXTREMELY friendly people with the upmost professional attitude. Christian had me lay down on the table. He swabbed my whole groin area. I didnt realize how much detail was put into this. He had sterile blanket drapes on my stomach, beneath me etc. Not only were they wearing face masks with these plastic shields, but also these medical sleeves! He was very gently and kindly walked me through every step as he was doing it. Right about now, I was getting nervous. I couldnt exactly see what he was doing, but as he stated, he was prepping and marking me up. He said I would be feeling a rather slight sharp pinch.
The moment of truth. My legs were now starting to shake a little, and christian stopped. I was puzzled for a moment not knowing what was up. He was actually being very sympathetic for me and talking me through everything. HE gave me a few pointers on how to relax. One of his crew members was right beside me, talking me as everything was about to happen. I think her name was Stephanie. I dont remember, but she was so nice! I really then started to relax and focusing. Normally when i see this procedure done on BME, I notice a lot of people use clamps etc. I cant tell if he did or not, but I felt absolutely no pressure at all. He then said for me to relax and take a deep breathe in and back out. We practised this about 5 times, and then he was about to make the cut. As i was nervous but ready for the incision, he said " ok, the worst part is over ". He did it !? I didnt even feel it! I was soooo relieved! Right about this time, I was zoned out. I guess adrenaline was kicking in about this time.
He kept asking me how i was doing, If i felt ok. I replied " im doing great!". I think i was rather a little over-excited about this whole thing. My girlfriend to my left was smiling at me. Right then, christian was making sure the incision hole was not too tight on the jewelry. He stated then that now he was going to start suturing. It felt the little pricks here and there, but it really over all wasnt bad at all. I was really surprised.
Before I knew it, i felt christian wiping my balls and wondering what he was doing. He popped his head up and said " congratulation! your all done!" I think the entire procedure took about.. 15 mins? He gave me special aftercare instructions and his phone number, telling me to call him at any time if I had a question or worry. My girlfriend took a picture with our camera before I got up and then that was it. I didnt feel bad at all. I could tell their something had been done down there but it wasnt painfull or anything.
He gently bandaged me up a little with some gauze just to make sure if any bleeding were to occur i guess. I got up and was all done!
Day 1-
Its the day after I got my transcrotal done. Its a little sore, and swollen but no big deal. Christian said to keep the gauze on over night just to be safe. I can somewhat feel the piercing now when I walk. I have to walk a little slow and more carefully now. Showering was fine though a little sensitive.
Day 2- I removed the guaze and everything looked fine. No bleeding though a little bit of blood crusties. It looked a little bruised but I was told that this may occue ahead of time.
Day 3- Everything looks the same still and the brusing hasnt increased. Swelling is still the same and its a little tender. I keep wanting to toy with it but i was emphasized not to. That it could irritate the stitches.
Day 4- same as day 3
Day 5- The tenderness seems to be slowly going away. Brusing is slowly going away, as well as swelling too...
------------ after first week
I was curious to see when Christian would be removing the sutures. Though when i asked, he said that their is no need to. I asked him " are you sure? " and he just sorta giggled and said " yup, come by tomorrow and Ill take a look at it" .
I met up with him the next day, he had takened a look at everything, and from what he said, everything looked absolutely fine. I was using this special aftercare liquid. It wasnt soap, but also not SEa Salt. I asked if i could have another bottle of it because I was already using a lot of it as it was. IT was some sort of medical aid liquid. I have ever seen it before so Im not sure exactly what is was. I asked him but i cant remember! Either way, it helped me heal so well!
That second week, The bruising, swelling and soreness all went away! I couldnt believe it but it was actually healing fine! I gently took out the jewelry for a quick second, while i was in the shower. Their was a clean hole right through my balls! It had healed! After hearing so many horrer stories online, I was so relieved to find my piercing was healing very well.

The piercing is entirely healed. Infact its stretched out a little and feels great! My girlfriend thinks im a total nut for getting this done to begin with but she does admit that she likes it. Its completely centered straight, and absolutely beautiful!
I no longer wear the silicone jewelry. I now wear this nice hollowed out titanium barbell that I had purchased from Christian. Its a lot more comfortable and shorter. Im now thinking of stretching it over time to maybe 1 inch! Who knows!
In conclusion, I would completely entirely recommend Christian Noni for any procedure. Especially Transcrotals! I dont think I have ever met someone as talented, intellectual, and professional as him. He was extremely gentle and patient with me the entire time. Especially on how nervous I was towards the moment of truth of the piercing procedure. A+ !
