So I get to Body Xtremes around 1:30 on Tuesday and sat down reading the care instructions, but didn't retain any of it because of how anxious I was. After a few other people got pierced, Mik came out and brought me in. At this point I wasn't excited anymore and started to get nervous but I pulled down my pants and sat in the chair. He started by cleaning out my urethra with a q-tip and that iodine stuff, I think that's what it is...anyway, he did that three times to get it at the point of where it was going to be pierced and yes this burned every time he pulled out. He then cleaned the outside, top and bottom. He autoclaves the jewelry!!!!!
"Are you ready," he asked, and I quickly but stupidly replied, "Oh yeah, let's go." If I knew what it was going to be like I definitely wouldn't have responded that way. The whole ride there, the wait, and right up to the point he pierced it I was trying think that it wouldn't be as painful as my nipples were when pierced, which really didn't hurt, but still the most painful out of all my stuff.
Anyway, I'm almost laying down at this point look over and just see the needle, I'm almost positive he didn't use clamps, but I was kind of out of it and not paying attention. "Ok here we go," and it started hurt like my nipples did but it was definitely more of a shock and then he turned away for a second and I thought it was over so I started to lean up and see the needle through it but he was turning back and said, "Ok just one more push," so I put my head back down thinking, "This isn't cool." He said ok and started pushing again, this time it was a lot more painful and I could tell he was pushing a lot harder then before. It felt like an eternity and way to much pain to handle, my body was completely tightened up, and finally I hear a rip/tear/pop, I don't know what but it sounded painful and let me tell you it was. At the same time there was so much relief it was over so it felt good at the same time.
Once he set the jewelry in, which I didn't feel, all of a sudden it was over my body began to shake from adrenaline and went numb of pain from the best friend in the world at that time...endorphins. I then looked at how it came out and it was perfect accuracy from where he marked, like absolutely perfect. He then started patting away some of the blood and wrapped it up. I sat there for about 10 minutes shaking, I just couldn't calm down, and so he handed me a juice box (how manly is that...sitting half naked with a bandaged penis drinking Juicy Juice...ha-ha.) Ok, by the time I finished drinking; I was completely fine, took off the bandage and put a new one on for the ride home. I left a tip in his little jar, went up to him in his office and shook his hand and said thank you. It really was the best thing I've ever done, I'm so happy with it.

I got it done on Tuesday which is now 4 days ago. It has been burning when I pee which has been getting better each time I do it. I only bled the first day, every morning there is a very tiny bit from morning wood. You really don't need an alarm clock because every time you become erect while sleeping, you wake up in pain, but even that is getting better. There is still a lot of soreness but it really isn't bad, I'm still fully functional with everything. I still haven't had an orgasm so I can't tell you if rumors are true with it feeling better, but I won't doubt it. I believe it will be better.
Just keep in mind everyone is different, some may bleed more/less, some may not think the piercing hurt, others may have my experience and be in a ton of pain that in indescribable. In the end, if you really want it, it's definitely worth it. If you're in the area, I recommend Mik Miller, he has so far been the most professional and cleanest place I've been to.
