Over a month ago I went and got my apadravya pierced. Yes it did hurt, yes it did burn to pee for a couple days afterwards, and no I do not pee out of three holes. Sometimes I leak out the bottom one a bit but not always.

Now the thought of having a steel barbell through the head of my penis is not scary but enjoyable. Actually going and getting it done was not that much fun, it was very painful and not something that I would like to go through again but the results make it all worth the pain. The pain of getting it pierced was a one-time thing but the results are something that I will have with me forever.
The procedure actually started about three weeks before the piercing was carried out. I made my way out to Kreative Khaos in Burlington where my friend Tyler (IAM: poisonedtears) was to pierce me. We had to measure so that we knew how long of a barbell would be needed. After sitting around the shop for a while we measured and that was that. Being my difficult self I could not decide what I wanted to get pierced that day so in the end no holes were poked on me.
Two weeks later (January 3 2004) was supposed to be the pierce date but there was no barbell ready so we ended up postponing it for another week. The day before I was to be pierced (January 9 2994) I went down to Stainless Studios in Toronto and picked up my 10guage 2-inch barbell. Looking at it I was already excited to be getting this done and was really looking forward to the next day. It was finally going to happen in less then 24 hours I would have a rod through my rod!!
The next morning was pretty routine, nothing special happened. I left my house around 12:20 that afternoon to get on the go train to get to Burlington. I got to the shop at about 2:30 that afternoon and talked over final details with Tyler. At this point I was really nervous and felt myself losing my concentration and focus. I just needed to go outside have a smoke and get back into my zone. When we were finally about to get things going someone else came in to get their tongue pierced. We decided to let the girl get her tongue done first because it would be quicker. After she was finished it was time for one last smoke before the pierce.
When we went inside I took off my jacket and proceeded into the piercing room, followed by Tyler. After cleaning up and getting all of the equipment ready it was time for me to drop my pants. He marked the spot that he thought would be best and put on the clamps, it was at this time that I asked him for a couple more minutes before doing it. He unclamped and covered my member up before leaving the room. Five minutes later he came back in and we were ready to go. Before I knew it the clamps were back on and there was a 12guage needle staring at the bottom of my penis. I took a couple deep breaths and then the needle was going through me. It felt like it took minutes when it was really only seconds. While the needle was going through the bottom half it hurt but once through the urethra and going through the top the real pain started. It was a pain like no other; I really don't know how to describe it.
I thought that the needle was the worst part but after breathing it was time to taper the hole to a 10guage. We had to taper right away because the penis is pretty much a big blood vessel and if you do not put pressure on it there will be unnecessary bleeding and I didn't want to deal with that. The taper was 10 times worse then the needle going through and it made me yell. It was by far the worst pain that I have ever felt. By the time the taper was all the way through I was shaking like crazy and using all of the energy that I had to try and control myself and keep myself in a good breathing pattern. Putting the barbell in hurt but by that time I was already shaking in pain and could barely tell, when Tyler stood up and said, "You now have an apadravya" I felt a whole rush through my body. It was finally done and over with. I had to lie down in the chair for a few minutes afterwards because my whole body felt exhausted. Every muscle in my body was tired and I just needed to regroup. After taking a couple of pictures Tyler gauzed me up and that was that. After getting home that night I tried to pee and for a second or two it was only blood coming out and surprisingly it did not hurt as much as I anticipated. The next couple of days it did sting and was kind of a chore with all the gauze that I was wrapped up in. Once the bleeding stopped I kept the guaze off and it has been fine.
It has been nearly 6 weeks since the piercing and things are healing up very well for me. I am almost ready to change the barbell to a shorter one and hopefully I can give it a test soon!! As for aftercare I am using a sea salt solution, which so far has not caused any harm. Things are looking good and hopefully I will be able to stretch it soon!
Though this was by far the most painful mod that I have gotten it was most defiantly worth it and I am very pleased to be the owner of a 10guage apadravya.
