First off, let me introduce myself. I am a 24 year old male who has typically worked in a conservative job. I have enjoyed body piercing and tattoos since I first saw them when I was 12. I got my first tattoo the day of high school graduation as a present to myself. Then I moved on to getting my eyebrow done. That lasted about a year and a half. I got tired of having to take it out for work and then put it back in. Four years ago I decided to get my tongue pierced. Something that was not plainly visible but still enjoyable. That satisfied me for a while but soon the desire for something else grew.

After landing a job in another conservative industry. I started to contemplate what piercing I could do that wouldn't be visible but be enjoyable. I went to BME and saw the male genital piercing. I like the look of the Apadravya and the PA but was hesitant about piercing my most cherished of parts. I went to several body piercing shops to talk over my choices. *Word of Warning* Several tattoo places in Vegas also do piercing, but be warned. They are done cheaply and as a side project. You will get what you pay for. After visiting most of the shops, I settled on Body Adornments. I really got along with the piercer/owner Gregorio Goss. He was funny, yet knowledgeable and serious about what he does. We talked it over and I decided to get a PA done the next week. I went in. He explained all the cleaning and piercing procedures and we were off. No pain, Mild discomfort mostly from the receiving tube. After a quick jab and a little pulling the jewelry was in. I couldn't believe I had done it, but I like it. I bled, but nothing unexpected. A few weeks later I went in to get the ring size reduced and get a larger gauge CBR in. I went from a 12 to a 10 without any taper. This felt better and I liked the look of the larger gauge and smaller ring.
Well. Two weeks later, I talked to Gregorio about whether it would be better to turn the PA into an Apadravya then stretch or what. We decided that I would get an Apadravya first then stretch both of them. He had just gotten a new apprentice named Kane and wanted him to be there to watch it. So we decided that Friday I would go an turn my Prince Albert into a Queen Victoria (as he called it). Friday rolled around and I went in. Turns out it was Kane's birthday that weekend and his friends came and pulled him out of work early. So I would have to wait. The shop was closed on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday I called and he said come in tomorrow about 6 and we'll do it. Wednesday rolls around and I am both nervous and excited. Finally I get to Body Adornments. Kane is finishing up his sterilization process then time for me. Gregorio asks me about what gauge I want to be pierced at. He say he normally pierces at 14 since the needle passes through the tough spongy part. But since my PA was already a 10 gauge we decided to pierce at 10. He warned me it hurts more but I figured "How bad could it hurt". Not of my tattoos hurt and neither did any of my piercing. Kane and I went into the room to get prepped and decide the length of the barbell. We talked for a while and he told me he was looking forward to watching because he was considering an ampallang and this would give him a better idea.
Time to Pierce. Gregorio came in, cleaned up and made sure everything was sterilized and ready. By this time I was sitting with my pants around my ankles and suffering from what I call "Frightened Turtle Syndrome". My supposed "friend" was shrinking back and trying to hide from what was coming. Gregorio marked me up and explained about a blood vessel that he would have to avoid. As for the actual piercing. It hurt. I won't lie. I gritted my teeth, breathed deeply, squeezed on the toys he had given me. I felt bad because my penis was pulling back and the spongy part was tough to pierce at that gauge. It made it difficult for Gregorio who was piercing freehand. After several pushs and series of grunts from both him and I. It was through. The whole time he was asking me how I was doing and making sure I was alright. Sure I hurt but I felt bad for him because it was a lot of effort to get it through. I bled some. And he warned me I would be sore and probably bleed some more. He had missed the vein and everything was straight and looking good. After a few minutes of holding a compress to the piercing to stop the bleeding I was bandaged up and ready. He went over aftercare. Same as my PA. Told me to call if I thought there where any problems or excessive bleeding.
Day Two. Nothing eventful. Minimal bleeding and only a little soreness. Less bleeding than my PA and no uncomfortable night time erections. After a shower and soak in sea salt. There is little blood. Maybe because it was a little swollen and was tighter next to the jewelry. I think I am done with genital piercings. I like it and like the possibilities it will give me. But who knows? I'll see where the road leads.
