I had been wanting to do something out of the ordinary for quite some time. In fact I would get so excited just thinking about it each night as I lay in bed. So, the Sunday after Thanksgiving I went to HTC Body Piercing in Tempe to get a penile piercing. I had long imagined getting a Prince Albert but once I started searching out different types of piercings on the internet I thought that that was just a little too tame.I had been doing a lot of research on the internet. I had downloaded numerous photos of piercings from different tattoo and body piercing parlours. I figured that I first wanted to know exactly what types of piercings were out there. Then I wanted to know how they looked. I definitely wanted something that would enhance what I had. But I wasn't quite sure which to get. I had called all around the state of Arizona checking prices. This was a smart move because some included jewelry in their pricing and others didn't. These prices ranged from $25 to $80 just for the piercing and the jewelry was around $20 to $25. At these prices it was going to be at least $50 and so a good-sized investment in my view. So, while I was in the office trying to decide which piercing to get I settled on getting an apadravya piercing. Even today I cannot say it correctly. I would like to know why every piercing dealing with the genital area seems to have a name from Hindi.

So, there I was waiting in the front room waiting my turn. The young girl, who had so much metal in her face, was assisting me to pick out the piece of jewelry I wanted. She called the person who would do the actual procedure to come and consult with me. I was relieved to find that the person who would be doing the piercing was male. I don't have anything against females but when dealing with something as important to me as my penis I would like to know that they know what I am experiencing and so can act as they would to get the best results if it were happening to them. This fellow had already experienced the piercing so I felt a little better for that. In fact according to him he had had not only the apadravya but also the Prince Albert and could speak from first-hand experience. There is something to be said about the calming effects of experience. Afterall we are talking about a prized item here!

I followed him back to the room where he had me sit on a dentist's chair and pull my jeans and boxers just down far enough below my groin so as to give easy access to the penis without any obstructions. He first sanitized the equipment and the general area. He then spent about five or so minutes using a pen to mark where the needle would be inserted through the underside of the head and where it would exit at the top. This really didn't bother me. He did remark that he would definitely have to pass the needle from the underside to the top because of a large vein which was located very close to the area.

Next,I remember looking at how large the IV needle appeared to be. It was huge. Then after placing some sort of gel for sanitizing or lubricating the needle he placed it against the penis. I could feel its sharpness and I tensed with the anticipation of it entering the soft tissue. The mere though of how he slowly pushed the needle through the spongy tissue of the penis was excruciatingly painful. Fortunately we humans have little if any ability to remember pain. Nevertheless, I can remember my entire body tensing under the pain and thinking that I want to tell him to stop - but I didn't and in a few second it was over! Such a painful experience! The insertion of the barbell was not too bad, but then I became light-headed and I asked for water. This was good because he knew what to expect.

The following hours were quite painful as well. He wrapped my penis up in surgical "towel" which had a plastic backing to keep the blood from soaking through and getting on my boxers. I soon learned in the next few days that boxers were the way to go. Each time I would wear as the barbell would catch in the material of the tight fitting underwear and move it in uncomfortable directions. And get ready for some pain if you are wearing tight underwear and get an erection! Ouch! But within a month's time it was all better. Fortunately for me I only experienced bleeding the day of the piercing and the following day. I am told that others bleed so bad that they actually wear condoms to sleep to prevent ruining the sheets.

After all is said and done, I would recommend getting this piercing if you are wanting to get a little more sensation out of masterbation or if you really want to give the women some to beg for.
