Im talking to Wendy, best piercer ever, and had just got my nipples pierced.. as we BS in the shop after words she mentions she has a frenum piercing a bit later that day... and the famous last words... "I wonder how people can pierce 'that' I'd never do that."
Fast-forward 5 months later..... "Um Wendy, have you ever done an ampallang?"

Ever since I had found BME I was enthralled by the amount of information that was on the website. I found it shortly after I had my nipples done and started browsing around not really focusing on anything specific just checking the website out. And btw kudos to the people on bme, ive learned more in the 6 months that I have been frequenting the website than I ever could on my own. But inevitably I stumbled on Genital piercings. Scary...
So at first im like, wow some peoples kids right... and browsed on, but more and more I found myself thinking more and more about Gen. Piercings as time went on I began to wait antagonizing day after day for the next set of experiences looking for pa's ampallangs' Apadravyas, and frenums and it started...
For some reason or another ampallangs really stuck out to me and I started turning it over in my head...... yeah if I ever were to get a piercing down there "not that I would mind you " but if I were i'd get an ampallang. No real reason why... but they seem a bit more rare if you will... and looked pretty kewl... Then, maybe in a few years ill get one... or a few months... or NOW!!! =)
So yes I talked to Wendy and tried to pass it off as nothing... but then she uttered that magic word that changed my mind for ever... "I'd do it for free..." no way, really... =)...
I couldnt wait... the last month was the longest antagonizing month of my life.. it was a whole lot of hurry up and wait. Haha.. we ordered an Industrial Strength titanium 12g bar.. and Wendy had to go to go on vacation first... like her personal life somehow comes before my piercing needs or something, =) but the day finally came. I gotta tell you... as I told more people that I was getting this piercing done... I was amazed at the things that people came up with to try to scare me off getting this piercing done. Everything from "you will DIE if she pierces to far back" (famous corpus cavernosum myth) to my favorite... DUDE it could never work again, and the doctors may have to cut it off if the piercing goes bad..... haha... Thank god for BME to set me straight...

To be honest with everyone I was scared to death... I was so afraid that it would feel like someone cut it off or something... but ya know It really wasn't that bad.... Now don't get me wrong it hurts.... But so does all piercings a bit. I was surprised. We got into Wendy's back room and I dropped my pants... now in order to do the measurements correctly Wendy wanted me to get hard so that the placement would be "just right" since we were going right above the urethra. Never in my life have I had a problem getting it up but let me tell you, the little soldier had checked out for duty that day... saw the needle and ran... but eventually with the help of my ever-loving wife... a hustler mag, and every naughty thought I could ever have thought...45 min later we finally got the placement done. And the time was here... Wendy had wanted to do the piercing free hand to avoid the "accordion effect" that has been noted by some piercers. So 3 deep breaths in... like I don't know she is going to pierce half -way thru breath 3 bam! Halfway through... but disaster strikes.. as she goes for the second push, try as she might the needle didn't want to go more than 3/4ths of the way through... and I could feel it... oh yeah the needle was right there... ouch!! But never fear after a small break of staring at it.... It was decided to throw the clamps on to finish.. .and through the needle went... that was the only bad part... as the needle came thru the other side it hurt... and then yay we are done... corked the needle and took a juice and picture break... and in went the jewelry... the joys of internally threaded jewelry!!! And yay im done... bleeding was minimal at best.... It bled on and off for about a day and a half. And after that no more bleeding.
Ive been very good at aftercare (in case you read this Wendy =)
If stuck to sea salt baths twice a day fir the first week and a half and cut back to 1 a day... and im amazed at how well its doing.... Feels great, minimal pain when I bump it, but besides that its plain awesome... and plus it just looks bad ass. =) Id defiantly recommend anyone to get an ampallang. And don't believe all the hype because some of its is just plain not true.....
