I didn't have any anaesthetic though, which I subsequently regretted.

He pushed through to the urethra where he stopped momentarily. Then he pushed again, much harder, and I suddenly felt the needle break through and out the other side. Then after a bit of a shaky chat I hopped off the bed and wandered outside to go shopping at the market.

The lymph started about 5 days later, and continued for about 10 months after that. I cleaned the piercing with cotton buds and sterile contact lens saline solution twice a day for a year, sometimes soaking in the bath for a while to loosen up stubborn lymph.Also, it eventually transpired that my penis WAS exceptionally small that day as the bar was too narrow, and I had to get it changed after three months as it was a bit too tight during erection, but this proceedure was relatively stress free and painless.

It healed perfectly and looks great!!

To round up, these are my other thoughts/experiences............................

1. It hurts, alot.

2. Obviously it is wrong to do anything like this whilst on drugs, as its pretty full-on !

3. It is also stupid to go clubbing again straight afterwards, also ecstacy/clubbing etc. lowers the body's immune system,possibly leading to infection- I was lucky.

4. Sexually it doesn't seem to help me at all. It merely makes my penis more sensitive, leading to earlier ejaculation, I can't say its a miraculous difference to be honest.

5. However, due to it being placed at the widest point, many women have commented on the pleasurable feeling it has given them deep inside, and at the entrance to their vaginas.

6. Some women have reported no extra sensation.

7. All women have agreed that It looks wicked, and is a visual stimulation. and fun to explore during oral sex.

8. Anal sex involves a certain amount of manoevering!

9. Frequent vigourous sex can make the area sore, and it has bled a few times.

11. If you want to test yourself and get the best looking dick around then I'd suggest an ampallang, but only if you really think you can take it! A pierced nipple is like a small pinch compared to this!
