As long as I can remember I have always had a deep interest in nipple piercing, that is to say I have been interested ever since I knew of its existence. The first time I pierced my nipples I was only 12 years old and crudely performed the procedure with a sterilized baby pin in each nipple!Crudeness aside though I must say that very first experience of nipple piercing had me hooked, I found the pain so sharp, so intense, so powerfully stimulating, so sexually exciting, the enjoyment I have had from nipple piercing has always been amazing and I can without a shadow of a doubt tell you it is orgastic pleasure.

I am now 25 years old and have had well over 100 piercings since that first time, I have done a fair bit of study and training and have done most of my own piercings and piercings for my friends.

To set the scene, prior to this evening I had 2 vertical nipple piercings (one directly behind the other) and 2 horizontal nipple piercings (one directly behind the other also). This means I had a whopping 4 piercings in each nipple. These piercings are self done and look fantastic, I just love them and the enjoyable play they provide! However I enjoy nipple piercing so much, a few times each year I take the plunge and pierce them again then remove the rings a few days later. I just can't help myself and I just love the look of having some diagonals in between the vertical and horizontal piercings. So tonight I took the plunge again and performed diagonal piercings on both of my nipples in both directions, being 2 new piercings on each nipple. How painfully exciting!

So I thoroughly cleaned my bathroom and had a shower, then set about preparing and arranging my instruments and jewelery. I thoroughly plucked all the hairs out that were surrounding my nipples as I seem to be doing monthly now, I find them pesky and annoying! And while I was at it I plucked the ones around my rather female looking navel where 2 vertical piercings reside. Then I set about marking my nipples whilst standing straight upright in front of the mirror. Why bother you may be thinking, after all it sounds like this guy is just doing play piercings, right? Well in response to that I have to say in the past some piercings I have performed with the thought of simply play in mind ended up being keepers, so as always I carefully position my marks (besides that it is a good habit to practice when piercing, so you don't get sloppy or cut corners in what is after all a medical procedure that involves certain risks).

I decided to mark below/behind all my existing piercings and once I was satisfied with my marks I took some measurements with my sterilized vernier calipers to ascertain what size jewelery would be needed. All the piercings were quite long and would require at least 20mm, so I decided to use some tygon/medical plastic bars in 16gauge. With my jewelery ready I prepared my forceps (using two pairs, one for each nipple) and got out 4 new 16gauge needles from the box. Now I was getting excited, I could feel my addrenalin level rising knowing the glorious pain of the pierce was drawing closer.

So after double checking all was ready I photographed my nipples for a before shot and delightedly set to work. After donning a fresh pair of surgical gloves, I applied the forceps to my right nipple and adjusted them to suit, I then repeated the procedure on my left nipple. I just love the feeling of the clamps pinching my nipples a little tighter than is really necessary just to enjoy that pain. I always clamp both nipples at the same time as well, for that very reason. A quick photo of my clamped nipples and then I grab the first needle and slowly push it through my left nipple, piercing with my left hand and holding the clamp with my right. I pierce swiftly on others but when it comes to my nipples I pierce slow, I might sound crazy but I love the pain and in fact want to savor it!

Once the left is done I pierce the right one immediately after to keep the awesome endorphin rush alive. I then take a quick couple of photos before removing the clamps, and then the needles just leaving the plastic catheter tube in place for the jewellery insertion.

Then I simply reattach the clamps to the second set of diagonal marks........ when I say simply that is kinda a fib because although this may sound simple it is in fact rather difficult to apply clamps to nipples that now possess so many decorations ( note that I did remove the front vertical jewelry prior to piercing to help facilitate clamping ).Anyway with clamps applied again and a small trickle of blood going down my chest from my left nipple I proceed to again pierce my left nipple first in the opposite diagonal direction. Prior to this second left nipple piercing I could consciously feel the endorphin rush slowing a little so I promptly and quickly worked to get that next needle in to kickstart the orgastic enjoyment again! Then as before I pierce the right nipple in the opposite diagonal direction and savor the experience with a deliberately slow piercing, remembering these piercings are all around 20mm long. I again take a quick couple of pics and remove the clamps and needles leaving my nipples now with 2 plastic catheter tubes in each nipple awaiting some jewelery.

I simply slide the plastic/tygon into the catheters and then pull the jewelry through, removing the catheter in the process and after all that I am delighted to say that yet again my nipple piercing experience was remarkably enjoyable. My girlfriend thinks I am a little bit crazy but I just love it. Who knows I may keep them this time, but there again, where is the fun in that, when I already love the 4 piercings I already have in each nipple. I just love the experience its unreal! Nipples are an amazingly sexual part of the human body and I don't mean to be forceful or dictatorly but if you have not experienced having at least one nipple pierced then in my opinion you have not lived!

Happy piercing, regards tmtm

P.s. In this story I have related to you a self piercing experience, however, I strongly recommend that unless you are trained in piercing and have all the appropriate sterilized equipment, that you do not self pierce. Body piercing is a medical procedure and does involve certain risks, to minimize these risks always get pierced by a trained professional with a reputable history, and enjoy the experience!!
