Greetings to all this is my 13th and 14th piercing but my first story I always wanted to share my experiences but never had the time to properly tell it. For the record I also have both ears pierced. 6 in each 3 14g upper cartilage outer helix spirals I believe its called and the regular lobe piercings in 10g 12g and 14g. I decided to get my nipple redone, after I had a previous experience that i absolutely loved don't get me wrong but when it started migrating, and not in a good way... and I had seen the scarring that could happen, due to the type of jewelry I had picked.... i was totally devastated because I had to retire it however I am happy to report that it healed well with no visual scarring unless you looked really close at it and knew where it was.

I had originally got my right nipple done with a standard 14g hoop by my piercer who does house calls ( note to all he is extremely sterile all his stuff is pre-picked out a couple of days before hand and I watch as he removes it from the sterile autoclaved baggies ) I kept it clean using sea salt soaks 2 to 3 times a day and the lymph crusties were completely gone after the first 2 months. However to my dismay after 6 months I noticed that one side was migrating, I believe it was due to the fact that the cbr was being pulled down by my bra and I had to retire it.
So fast forward to this evening my piercer comes with equipment in hand asks where we are setting up and gets down to getting it all ready. Now at this point im absolutely terrified I always get that way just before a new mod and the fact that I wanted to get both done at once well my piercer just loved it he says he feels a rush from performing the various piercings and he is always up for a challenge. I want my nipples to be unique more like the new me so I decided to pierce the first simply horizontally standard and for the second I wanted it to be placed more diagonally ( I might get a second hole on the opposite diagonal like a skull and crossbones idea ). After a couple minutes of me watching him wash his hands like 3 times before putting on his gloves the butterflies are gone and im so ready to beautify my body more with new shiny bits. He tells me to relax and take off my top and to get comfy. Now at this point everyone complains about the clamps and I have to say I love this part its like the point of no return once they are on and set its too late to back out ( not to mention the fact that I am already paid up ) The adrenaline is rushing and Im so excited that I cant get my breathing to calm down and he makes me wait till I can take some deep breaths. After what seems like an eternity he says to breathe really deep and on the 3rd exhale he's gonna do it. In one Out one, In two Out two SLIDE dammit he always does it when your least expecting it so here I am panting for breath with a needle through my nipple, I think it is the first time I have ever climaxed from nipple stimulation alone.
He waits till im calm again and slides my chosen 14g barbell through the hollow end of the needle and pushes it out pops the needle and he quickly screws the ball on the end. One down one to go I always find the second one worse but this time it was not the first hurt a lot more he said it was because of the scar tissue from the other piercing that used to be there so its all fine and good. The second clamp, breathe, needle slides through like a hot knife through butter more a sharp burning pain than the hot throbbing pain of the first one. I have to say that I absolutely love my new jewels on my nipples and im planning to add a clitoral hood piercing next but thats another story.
