Alright, I'm 16, so I can't get anything pierced here (Buffalo, NY) without a parent. I do have my nose pierced though. Okay, so it was a pretty random thing...I wasn't thinking about it for months or even weeks, I just pretty much went and did it. It was like 1 in the afternoon, I'm at work, and I didn't have any plans for that night which was a friday night so I asked my friend, and I was like do you wanna come to Canada with me? And she agreed. So after work, which was about 5ish she came over and I drove to Canada. She didn't really know what I was getting done, she just knew I was getting a piercing or a tattoo. We stopped for food, and I was like "I'm thinkin' I'm gettin' my nipples pierced." And she's like "Really? I thought you were getting something in your ear pierced." I laughed.

They asked what I wanted done and I told him, then asked if it would hurt...he said not really. I'm thinkin 'Yeah, right.' He told me it hurts guys more...again, I'm like 'yeah, right.'
Alright, so he took me and my friend into a room and cleaned everything. He was really funny and very nice to us, joking with my friend asking her if she wants anything pierced she just covered her tits and was like "hell, no, she's they crazy one." So he asked to measured my nipples and I was a little shy about taking off my shirt at first but I was like "Who cares? I've taken it off before, and he probably does this 10 times a day." So he measured my nipples and went to get the jewelry. The whole time I was freaking out, and I was like "Oh my god, I'm about to get my nipples pierced this is gonna hurt like a bitch."
Okay, so he comes back with everything and opens everything in front of me and then is ready to pierce me...so I lay back into this chair thing and make my friend hold my hand...I'm scared. He marks them, he wants me to check, and I just look down and I'm like they're good. I pretty much just wanted him to do it...I was so scared. He's ready. Oh, and by the way, I chose barbells. Okay, so he clamps it, and that didn't hurt and then he tells me to breath in and then exhale, and he pierced it...it really didn't hurt that bad, not as bad as I was expecting. But, it was painful, I mean come on people, I'm getting my nipples pierced. It's gonna hurt. So I'm gonna say you feel like you're getting your ear lobe pierced but with a bit more pain. While getting ready to pierce the second one, he actually asked my friend if she was okay, 'cause she was like "Ow." It bled so I had to hold a tissue to it as he did the other one...which hurt more. For the second one I'm pretty sure I was like "Ow, fuck!" pretty lud...haha. Anyways, when everything was done, I apologized for swearing at him hahaha, and he's like swearings good, people kick and hit me...haha. Afterwards he lets me watch him throw my needle away and tells me the aftercare.
Anyway, I had to put tissues in my bra so I didn't ruin it from the blood, but everything was all good. My friend was jokin' with me and was like "When we cross the border and they ask where we went and what we did just flash them." hahaha. But, they did ache, I won't lie. It was just like a burning pain for about a day, then I was pretty much good. Seriously, after I woke up the next morning no more pain. No aches, no burning...just a little tender but that's to be expected, right?
It's been about two weeks now...I'm pain free and lovin' the way they look, my mom doesn't hate me, she just rolled her eyes when I told her and said it's my body. haha. If you want to get them pierced, I suggest you do. It's cool to tell everybody and they cover their tits and are like "Ow." or everybody's like "How could you do that?" "Didn't that hurt really bad?". Guys think it's hot, and ask me all sorts of questions on them. "Are they hoops or barbells?" I love having everybody think that I just went through this terrible amount of pain when I really didn't. I actually think getting my nostril pierced hurt worse. So everybody, if you wanna have them pierced, get them pierced!
