Before approximately six months ago, getting my nipples pierced had never crossed my mind. My boyfriend, Patrick, brought it up one day and I told him to forget about it because there's no way I would ever even consider it. Just thinking about the pain made me nausus. He persisted for a long time thinking I would change my mind. I told him no matter how much he begged, it was not happening. After a while, however, I started to come around to the idea. Damn his tricky ways. I thought about having a friend go with me to get hers done as well. I spoke with my friend, Jessica, and she said she'd been wanting to do it too so she'd go with me that same day after work.

I decided to go first and get it over with. I wore a bra that unhooked in the front to make it easier. He cleaned around my nipples and it was very cold in the room so I was ready quickly. He marked me and I grew so nervous I thought I was going to pass out. He asked if I was okay and asked me to lay down. He just kept smiling because he had done it so many times and I was just another scared girl he had to calm down. I was still rattling on and on about how much it would hurt. He said it actually wasn't that bad and it would heal fast. So since he was the last one I would be talking to before my piercing, I took his word for it. And boy was he wrong...
"Take a deep breath in..." "FUCK" I screamed as in went through the first nipple. Then as he put the jewelry through I yelled, "SHIT" loudly. I laughed at myself as the pain suddenly vanished. I heard my boyfriends deep laugh outside the curtain. He walked in thinking I was done since I had cursed two times. I told him to leave but as soon as I closed my eyes to take in the pain of the second one, he was watching. The second piercing didn't hurt quite as much because I knew what to expect but it still made my eyes water quite a bit. I was actually very surprised I wasn't bawling by the time I was done.
As I got up and put my bra back on I couldn't even feel that there was metal now in my nipples. I looked down to see behind my bra and they looked hot! I was happy that I got them done. They didn't bleed or anything so it made me feel at ease because I hate the sight of blood. Jessica was next. She didn't cuss or anything she just flinched and drew her legs up to her tightly. After my friend got hers done they took pictures and we left. As soon as I got into my car they started throbbing badly. It hurt to steer or move period. For the rest of that day it was hard for me to move at all so I mostly spent the day and night laying down on my back spraying them with Bactine numerous times.The next couple of days my boyfriend was not allowed to touch or play with them. He was upset about that but after those few days they were all his. For the next few weeks I was constantly washing them with anti-bacterial soap or spraying Bactine.
It's been a little bit over a month now and they're perfectly fine. I have taken good care of them and they are not too sensitive to the touch anymore. My boyfriend has thoroughly enjoyed the site and I have, too. I have changed out the jewelry and that felt like I was getting them pierced again but not quite as bad. I went from rings to horseshoes to now barbells. The barbells did have stars and pink jewels dangling from them but after a while they kept getting stuck on my nipples and felt like I was being cut by the stars so I took that off and left the barbells. Damn, they're so sexy.
Though some people may disagree with my choice, I'm happy I did it. I did something I told myself I never would. It gave me a lot of motivation to do other things I told myself I would never do. And the sensation is amazing. And from what I hear the view is amazing, too.
