I had my nipples pierced horizontally once before, you can read about that here. After a year, since they grew out a bit and they were still uncomfortable, I took them out. Fast forward another year to me laying in bed awake at Midnight, frustrated and feeling not sexy at all. I'll take a minute to say that I really do have a wonderful fiance, mature, stable, responsible, committed, etc. he just doesn't pay attention to all of my, shall we say, more carnal feminine needs. More often then not, I am declined when I propose having a little fun. Honestly, I think I have found the one man in the world who uses his brain more than his head! My mind trailed a bit, and came to rest on the memories of the year with the nipple rings. I really did like them, their industrial metal look and how they made me feel so sexy and feminine, but at the same time made me feel so powerful and free! I fantasized about having a nipple cross done. Well, that would never happen if I wasn't repierced, now would it?
At A Glance Author Sylent_Gurl Contact Sylent_Gurl@bme.anon When It just happened Artist Dave Eaton Studio Riverview Tattoos Location Brewer, ME The next morning, while my fiancé, the boyfriend from the first post, was at work, I called Riverview tattoos in Brewer. They opened at noon, (it was currently 8:45am) so I spent a couple more hours reading others reviews to keep me stoked. I also looked at some pictures posted on here of different piercings, but since one can only view 30 images, that didn't take me too long.
So I get there and the place is PACKED!! I waited for a couple minutes and some guy asked me what I wanted to do. I said that I wanted 12g horizontal nipple piercings, so he rang me up and said that Dave would be over once he finished with another girl who was getting her bellybutton done.
A few more minutes and it is my turn. I get into the room, show him my nipple so that he can pick a CBR size, and wouldn't you know that it would be my luck that they didn't have any 12g in the size that I wanted? Should I pay another 10 bucks to go to 10g, or go with 14s? Well, I chose the 14s after the guy assured me I could size up when I get verticals done. He marked me up, and said that I was one of the stillest people he's ever had in his studio, which made me feel good for some reason.
My favorite part about the whole experience at this point was not being pierced, but hearing what he was talking about when he was piercing me. He told me about this girl who had gotten 5 hood piercings done and when he was working on her 6th, she came on the table. Apparently, this has since turned into a joke between them. Even though I know stuff like that happens, it was weird in a funny way to hear it from a guy who I had just met that was ramming a hollow needle through my boob.
While the pain was bearable, it definitely did hurt more than the last pair! Whether this is from the lower adrenaline from knowing what to expect, scar tissue, or something else, I could not say. I got to look at my new pretties, then I was bandaged up, told about aftercare, tipped the piercer and was soon on my way.
A word of caution to those of you in the Bangor area- find antibacterial fragrance free soap before you go! I went to several different places, including Brooks, Rite-Aid, Walmart, Miller Drug and Hannaford and could not find a SINGLE F****** BOTTLE! It took up most of my afternoon! I settled for plain old dial in a pump, but I was pissed! I hope you are spared that frustration and either order it ahead of time or something. Riverview didn't carry any, but I did manage to buy some H2Ocean from them and that feels nice.
A lot of people say that you should wear a sports bra or something like that to get pierced; I just wore a regular old firm cup bra and that was really nice feeling and secure.
What is it about having a slight, constant pain that is such a turn on? Unlike the first time where my nipples were sore and they hurt in an actual pain way, there was something seductive about the throbbing under those band-aids. I feel like a goddess.
So, ladies, get them done. They really are worth it and they look so cute! Even if you're worried about pain, the female body is made to endure much worse, so don't use that as an excuse! Pierce them!
