Well it all started off when I was just looking at tattoos, thinking about getting one but couldn't really make up my mind. Then browsing the tattoo images on BME I saw something amazing it wasn't a tattoo but a pierced nipple. I never really thought of getting them done but I had my lip done professionally and it went alright. My body doesn't really seem to mind piercings.

Also my bewbs not being the largest things ever I thought it'd make them more fun by getting them done haha. Not being the most open person I didn't really wanna whip em out for someone. I browsed the photos of nipples on BME, my nipples seemed rather small compared to the others and are normally flat and don't stick out at all apart from when cold lol.
I really don't know why but I decided to pierce them myself. This was after doing lots of research and looking at images. I knew the risks and what could go wrong but I really was set on doing this.
Not liking the idea of pushing a safety through my nipple after icing it up, I decided to so this as professional as I could. Me having no piercing experience at all starting with my nipples was probably not the best idea. Anyway I ordered everything I needed I got some autoclaved 14g needles, alcohol wipes, two 12mm barbells and some emla cream. Me being the soft git that I am I decided this was a good idea because even the thought of pushing needle through made me feel funny.
So it was a Saturday night I had everything ready. About 3 hours before I put my emla cream on and this really did numb my left nipple. I decided to so them one at a time. So I wiped off the cream and wiped the area with an alcohol whip. I made sure my hands were fully clean. I got the needle out of the packaging and started to push it through my nipple. "shit" I thought I had butterflies in my stomach I got it halfway through and for some reason stopped. I took the needle out and my nipple started to bleed. At this point I was ready to give up but I felt I had come so far so I wiped away the blood and put the needle back in. This time I managed to get it all the way through. The cream worked wonders I felt nothing at all. I then got the jewellery and lined it up with the end of the needle and slid it through. I looked down and there it was my brand new pierced bewb. I screwed the ball on the end. My nipple looked so purrrdy even though it had been bleeding. I cleaned off the blood and went to bed.
Its also probably not the best idea if you have to be up at 7 and have a 11 hour shift ahead in a hot sweaty building lol, as I did feel a bit dodgy during work but I think this is due to the lack of sleep an getting up so very early. I slept in a bra I normally do anyway just to protect it. During the night they was some bleeding they might of not been if I hadn't of took the needle out half way through haha.
The next night I did the other nipple, this one went far more successful as I got the needle through in one. I didn't lube them up or anything they slid through easily. It's been over a week now and they look awesome. I did have a bit of pain the day after both of them but this only lasted a few hours and its probably cause I slept on them funny. The left one that went a bit wrong is slightly bruised but looks so pretty. The right one has been great and hasn't bled at all. To be fair my nipples aren't perfectly straight they are slightly diagonal but do match and I love them because they look different. I now do salt soaks twice a day. I really do love how my new nipples look and hopefully they will stay last this for a long long time. :D. remember just cause my self-done experience went alright doesn't mean yours will. I have now gone off the idea of a tattoo as I have now got my new bewbs and to be honest I don't think al ever get one as it cant be removed (well it can but costs a fortune.) at least with a piercing it can easily be taken out.
I would advise getting any piercing done professionally. I will upload some photos as soon as possible and title them "my new purdy self done bewbs"
