So I've been on a sort of piercing rampage the past couple of months. I have gotten 8 piercings in 4 months. But my newest ones are probably my favourites. They are my nipple crosses.

Location Windsor, ON, Canada I have always wanted a nipple piercing, however, I am VERY small chested and always thought that was something for people with bigger boobs. I've learned a lot about myself this past year and have gotten over my shyness. Finally, in December, I decided to get it done. I called my cousin up and she came with me to get my left nipple done. I won't lie. It hurt like a bitch. And I thought the jewelry looked way to big on my barely-there bosom.
Fast forward a couple of months. By this point I had gotten my hood done and three navel rings done. I decided to change my nipple from a ring to a barbell. I went in and saw my favourite piercing extraordinaire, Chris, at Need A New Hole?. He happily changed my nipple ring, but then wondered why I did not have my right one done.
Ok, small side note. My plan had always been to only do my left nipple. I only wanted one. I only needed one. Well, Chris' comment made me reconsider everything. I went away on a trip the next week and by the time I got back, I had made up my mind. I had to get my right nipple pierced as well. I went to the bank and got some money and headed straight over to see Chris. With my luck, I chose a time when Chris was fairly busy and therefore had to wait about an hour before he was finally able to get to me. By that time, I was really nervous. After all, the last nipple piercing was the worst pain I had experienced. But I was determined and walked into the room. Chris marked me up, clamped me and did his thing. It didn't even hurt! I was so surprised! Although the pain wasn't there, there was a lot of blood. My poor nipple bled for a half and hour. When I got home, I was ecstatic. I loved my now matching nipple piercings!
This led me up to the nipple crosses. When I am bored, I go online and check out bme and see what new and weird modifications people come up with. I found myself in the multiple nipple piercing section. And there I saw many nipple cross pictures. This was not anything new to me. I had seen these pictures before. But for some reason, this day, this time, opened my eyes and I knew I had to get that done.
A few days later I once again found myself at Need A New Hole?. I asked Chris how much the nipple crosses would cost and if he thought they would look good on me. I love Chris as a piercer because he is definitely not afraid to tell you if he thinks something will not look good on you. He told me that they would look awesome on me. That was it. My mind was once again made up to get yet another piercing.
I had to wait to get some money. I figured that this would take a little while, as I'm a broke ass student. But surprisingly I found myself with all the cash I needed and then some last Friday night. I knew I would get it done the next week, but I didn't know exactly what day. The next day (Saturday), I was sitting home alone and talking to a friend on the phone. I had a big fancy dinner to go to later that night, so I did not plan on getting the piercings done that day. However, while on the phone, it was all I could talk about. I worked myself up to getting it done. I got dressed and hopped in the car and made my way to Need A New Hole?. I walked in and saw Chris. He first cleaned my navel piercing for me (as I developed a small infection) and then after he was done, I did my usual shy thing: "So, umm...do you think it would be ok to get the crosses done now?" Chris enthusiastically said "For sure!" and the process began.
I had to fill out the usual consent form. I have become very familiar with this form the past couple of months. I was so nervous. I only knew one person who had one nipple cross done and she said it hurt like hell. I was prepared for the worse. Once my form was filled out, I went into the room and took my shirt off. Chris had me stand while he measured me and marked me up. My heartbeat was steadily getting faster. I was super nervous. He asked me if I wanted to stand or sit or lay down. I chose to sit. Well, sort of sit. It was more of a leaning against the chair. It is about this point, right before the piercing, when I start thinking to myself, "What the hell did I get myself into!!!!" Chris told me to take a few deep breaths. I didn't. Instead, I clenched every muscle in my body and held my breath. In the needle went. Chris had done my right nipple first. It barely hurt. I won't lie and say there was no pain, cause there was, but not half as much as I expected. He slid the barbell in and I looked down. It was beautiful. One down one to go. Chris moved on to my left nipple and told me to take a deep breath again. And again, I did the exact opposite. But in the needle went and it was done in two seconds. Chris then put in the barbell in my left nipple. It was finally done!
I got up and looked in the mirror. I loved them! They were so pretty! It has now been a week and they still amaze me. Everyone that has seen them says they are really cool. There was a minimal amount of bleeding and pain. So far, both piercings are healing wonderfully. But right after I got the crosses done, Chris commented that I had room for two more behind them, so I'm sure that I'll have stars done before the end of the year. I can't wait for that. But for now, I'm happy just admiring my beautiful crosses! And if you're considering getting them don't, stop thinking about it and go do it! You'll love them.
