Ok I was thinking about getting my nipple done for the past 2 or 3 months, as all my other piercing didn't seem to satisfying me, also from what I have heard nipple piercing are one of the most painful piercing, and I wanted to see of I could take it, if I could handle that I could handle anything!
At A Glance Author Mandz Contact Mandz@bme.anon When A month ago Studio Tatto shop I also wanted a new one that could be hidden from my parental and from work, so I thought a nipple piercing would be perfect, my usual piercer has shut down and is training another studio, I thought that I would try there since I have had no problems with any of my other piercing, So I go across town to the new studio only to find out that they are fully booked and can't fit me in till the next week, that was one of the biggest let downs! I had been waiting all day for this pain that I didn't think that I would be able to handle only to find that I had to wait a whole week!
So I left the studio feeling disappointed and pissed off! I had only one other option in the town that I live in, it was the tattoo studio! I hadn't heard the best of comments about the place, but I was desperate and it didn't look too shabby! As I walked in there where a group of people sitting down in the waiting room and another guy getting the tattoo done.
I walked up to the front counter, and a lady asked how she could help me, I told her that I wanted to get my nipple pierced if at all possible today, The lady told me that she had a tattoo that had to be finished and then five other piercing to do, but still she said she might be able to fit me in today so she took down my details and said she would call if she could fit me in.
That night I had to go to friends 18th Birthday and it was an hour and a half drive there! So I had couldn't wait around all night to see if I could get pierced, so I got ready for the birthday picked up two of my friends Anna and Linelle we were all dressed and ready to go and as we were about to leave I get a call from them tattoo shop saying she could do my nipple If I came right now! Of course I agreed and my adrenalin started running! I was soo pumped and excited it was hard to stop moving! We arrive at the tattoo shop and then they bad adrenalin starts pumping, the adrenalin that makes you nervous and scared and wonder whether or not you want the piercing! I walk in with my two friend by my side for a bit or moral support, I go up the front desk to see the lady once again, she told me to go through into a small room so she could look at my nipple on the side that I want the piercing ( I chose my left because I have to cartilage piercing in my right ear and I wanted to balance out ) I have never really exposed myself to a total stranger before so this was a little weird. Once I had shown her and she had decided what gauge needle she was going to use, she told me to go through to the piercing room.
I went through, where there was a guy getting a tattoo and sat down at the chair Linelle and Anna both watching me from around the corner, by this time I had gone white, was beginning to shake and my hands had started to sweat, I had never been so nervous about getting a piercing! All I kept thinking about was the pain! Excited and nervous at the same time, I didn't have long to think about it, as everything was ready she told me to lift up my shirt I did so trying not to look so I wouldn't know when to expect this extreme amount of pain! She started to mark everything and asked if the positioning was ok and then got to it, she clamped my nipple, which was a little uncomfortable, but nothing to bad, now I was shaking un-controllably and was pitch white! I knew that it would happen any second I screwed my face up as tight as I could and tried not to think about it and then BANG! And I couldn't believe it, it was over I looked down and had a needle sticking through my nipple and it hardly hurt!
The pain that I had been waiting 3 months for was over! Now I am not saying that it didn't hurt because all piercing no matter what hurt in some way but this one out of ten I would give a 4 or 5.
She put the barbell through which was a little uncomfortable and then is started to bleed, and didn't stop for a minute or so and then it was over she cleaned it again and stuck a patch over my nipple I paid and left.
It was hurting a little bit as we left but nothing really bad, and as we started to head off to the party the pain became increasingly worse, until one point where I couldn't concentrate on the road and pull over and sit there with my face in my hands for around 10 minutes or so, since no one else had their license they had to wait for me to overcome the pain, the pain after was increasingly worse than actually getting pierced but after a little while the pain started to go away and it was just a little bit un comfortable and everything was fine after a few days
I cleaned it with a salt solution and it has almost fully healed now and I am in love with it and wouldn't take it out for anyone , I am now thinking about getting my right nipple done as well if I can take the pain J
