IT was April 14th and a friend of mine was going to get her nipple re-pierced. A barbell had unscrewed and fallen out about a month before, so she needed it to get re-pierced. I had always wanted to get a piercing like this. I had my right tragus done and my nose. I would see people with their's done and ask how bad it hurt. Always got a different answer. Well, I went to pick her up and told her I think im going to get mine done too. I had spoke with my boyfriend about it. He thought it was a good idea, but didn't want a male to do it. There was no female piercers and the time.

So, we go into the piercing studio and she pay's for her one to get redone. I stood there shaking and thinking to myself they will look awesome when I am done. I can handle the pain. So, I pay and we have to wait about an hour. I was starting to get really nervous and nauseous feeling. We get called back together since we said we didn't mind. Eric was the name of the piercer. He had done my nose about 3 months before and did what I thought was a wonderful wonderful job. Very nice and polite. She sat down first and got her one done. Her face turned all red. I got scared and told him "NO" he said well you already paid might as well let me do it. I was still nervous my boyfriend was going to get mad that a male was doing my piercings. But, this man is very good at what he does and is a professional. So, Eric started to calm me down. My friend was sitting next to me saying she was so glad she came and got her other one redone. He was getting everything ready for my turn. My stomach was starting to turn. I knew this was going to be a very uncomfortable. He asked me to take my shirt and bra off so he could clean my nipples and mark where he was going to pierce them. I asked him if alot of people did their's vertical. I saw my friends and her's were horizontal. He said they would look good either way. I thought about it for a minute and said no just do them the regular way. He marked the spots and I went and looked in the mirror and said "OK" lets get this show on the road.

I was very excited that i was going to have this done. He clamped my first nipple told me to breath in deep and go to my happy place. The first one was done, not alot of pain. I just kept looking at how shiny and pretty it was. Ok now on to the second one. Now, the second one hurt alot worse than the first. He said it usally does. I could hear the tearing of my nipple. I didn't bleed or anything so I was doing Ok. I stood up and looked in the mirror for about 10 minutes as he explained the cleaning process. I took some pictures of course before and afters. I was very happy with my decision to just do what I wanted to do. After all it is my body! We left the studio and headed towards my friends house. I didn't belive her that my breast would be so sore. Every bump we hit I was like Ok I have to take my seatbelt off! I drop her off and headed home. My boyfriend was in bed when I finally got home. I almost had my shirt and bra off before I even got into the house. When he saw my new shiny nipples the look on his face was priceless. He loved them! I let him know a guy did it and said he didn't care they were awesome.

I have been back to 23rd street body piercing 4 more times. I love the studio and the piercer's. Never will I ask how bad a piercing is going to hurt. Everyone has a different level of pain. I love my nipples now that they are healed and I can play with them. I only wish I would have done them alot sooner. I am glad I have found a studio that does such good work. They take alot of pride into there work. Make's people like me want to go back and I tell all of my friends to go spend the money there and not somewhere else that is cheaper. You get what you pay for. And a good piercing doesn't come cheap!! So, thank you to the studio for being such a great one!
