Well for starters I was hoping that my nipples would be my second and third self-done piercings but that unfortunately didn't happen. I tried to do them myself since I had already done my frenum a couple months earlier and all turned out well. I got everything that I needed cleaned and prepped and than I made the markings on each nipple and double checked to make sure they looked good, after changing the markings a little bit to lower where the hole was going I was all set to do the piercings. I would have never thought how hard it could be to put your nipples inside a pair of forceps but as I found out it is quite a difficult task. Every time I tried to put on the forceps the nipple would invert or the got squished out of shape. After about half an hour I gave up because even though I got close a few times I realized that I really didn't have enough hands to do this on myself since the forceps are heavy and I can't hold them and get everything lined up at the same time.

The following day I decided to text my friend Mike who has been doing a lot of piercing the last few months and has volunteered to do some other piercings that I didn't think I would be able to do myself. Anyway I texted him and he virtually instantly texted me back and said to come over to his house right than. So I grabbed my supplies and drove there real quick. We talked for a bit and I showed him and some other spectators my cutting since he hadn't seen it yet, than went inside. We talked about how exactly I wanted them such as depth, height, and if they where to be horizontal, vertical, or angled. I decided I wanted it about the middle of the nipple and behind. I had planned on using the Teflon barbells I had made the day before and the twelve gauge needles I had but instead he said he had some closed ball ring's so I went with those since I was going to change to them at a later date anyway. We also used a fourteen gauge needle that he had instead of my twelve's. Before I go any further I would like to remind you than my friend Mike has been piercing for about two years and has been doing a lot of piercing in the last few months. Do not just go to any of your friends and have them stab you with needles unless they really know what they are doing or you don't mind the various infections, scars, and other possible problems that may present themselves.
He took the needle and both of the closed ball ring's and soaked them in alcohol even though they had come sterile and put on a pair of examination gloves. He followed by making his markings and checking them to make sure they were to his likes than he had me check them and I agreed they were good to go. He than had me lie down on the couch because that was the easiest position to do it. I laid down and relaxed as he got in position. He asked if I was ready and with a yes he lined it up and with a flick of the wrist pushed the needle through. It made me twinge a little bit but wasn't an unbearable pain. He than pressed the ring up against the needle and pushed them through together which actually hurt a little more than the piercing itself. After warning me that it has always taken him a long time to get the ball into the ring since they are a pain to work with it ended up going right in. I than got up and took a look in the mirror to make sure I liked how it was placed before he continued and I thought it was great so we did. He asked if I wanted to take a break or go for the other one so I decide to get it over and done with. He had me put my head on the opposite side of the couch so that my left nipple was on the outside of the couch to make it easier for him to do. He than had me sit back up again so he could remark the left one so that it would match how the right one came out. He marked the left nipple and I laid back down and got ready for the next hole. The second one went exactly like the first only it hurt a little more. I assumed it was because since it was his last fourteen gauge we used it on both nipples and it probably had dulled after the first but it probably still hurt less than it would have if I did both nipples with new twelve gauges. Got up took a peek again and told him I liked it and thank you. We cleaned up and I put my shirt back on and hung out for the rest of the night having to show my new nipples and various other modifications to the people who had never saw them be "\Ãw"ë fore. Even though I wish that I had done them myself I am happy with them and not only was the price perfect he wants me to do the piercings on him that he can't do himself so I now have me a new pin cushion. It's has now been about two and a half weeks and I am doing daily sea salt soaks and have been cleaning them with clear anti-bacterial dial and they look and feel fine.
