I am not a newcomer to the world of body modifications; I have two tattoos and various piercing including my septum, an industrial, a stretched tongue piercing, etc.. I have never had a problem with the pain of tattoos or piercings (as a matter of fact, I kind of like it). However, the thought of having a virtual complete stranger inspect and touch my breasts did make me nervous.

Months ago, I visited Skinquake to get my inner conches pierced and to stretch my tongue to a 6 gauge. The piercer was very professional and friendly. I had no doubts that I could trust that man with taking care of my body. About a week ago, I decided to see him again.

I had thought about getting my nipples pierced for several months. My breasts have always been rather small (a large A/ small B cup), and I did enjoy seeing them without any steel rods forced through them. As strange as this may sound, they just looked so innocent without being pierced, and I liked that innocence. Although I was perfectly satisfied with my breasts, I spent time imagining what they would look like if my nipples were pierced. I grew to be more and more fascinated with this image I had created in my mind. I talked about my idea with some friends. I explained to them that I thought that having another piercing that was for more than decoration would be fun. My nipples have never had a problem with getting hard or being below adequate sensitivity, and the thought of them being even more receptive to touch delighted me. Also, I knew that if I wasn't one hundred percent pleased with them, I could eventually take them out.

I began to spend more time researching possible problems that could arise, due to having my nipples pierced. I checked out prices and talked to local piercers. When I felt as though I was completely ready for my child-esque breasts to look not-so-innocent, I made an appointment at Skinquake.

I talked to the piercer for a little bit before the whole piercing process went underway. I just asked more questions about the jewelry and the possibility of migration and other problems. He showed me the jewelry he would be using (14 gauge CBR's) and answered all my questions about any possible tribulations. He went to his workroom to sterilize everything and organize the work space. While waiting, I talked to some other people that were also looking into getting some piercing, and I went to the bathroom. While in the restroom, I did not actually sit on the toilet and do my business. I took a last glimpse at my natural breasts.

He called me into the room in which all the piercings took place. I sat completely upright and still on the piercing table and was asked to take off my shirt. I wore a tank top with spaghetti straps, so I simply pulled it down, exposing my breasts. The piercer closely looked at my nipples. He figured out where the appropriate placement would be and marked the spots on one nipple. He sat back in his chair, looked at where he had marked, was satisfied, and put one little dot on each side of the other nipple. He sat back again and surveyed the area. Everything looked good.

The next step was the actual piercing. I was told to lay down with my back on the piercing table. He began with the left nipple.

"Don't be nervous. That will just make it hurt more," he instructed.

"Okay."

"Alright. Take a really deep breath. One...two...three."

"That wasn't bad at all," I said after the first nipple had been pierced.

He slid the needle out and replaced it with the jewelry. It was time for my left nipple to get the same treatment. I took a deep breath again and let it out on "three." The needle was again taken out and a ring was put in.

I got up and looked at my nipples and smiled. They were gorgeous. The piercer asked if I was happy with them. I nodded and told him that I was very happy. After paying, giving him a hefty tip, and taking some paper towel from the bathroom to soak up any blood that may leak from my fresh wounds, I began walking back to my home. A friend had accompanied me on my excursion, and she seemed almost as excited about my new piercings as I was.

It has been about a week since I got my nipples pierced. Although I have not been as careful with them as I should have been, they have been healing incredibly quickly. They look wonderful and I could not be any happier with them. Although I did like my nipples without the piercings, I have already found gratification in the shimmering steal decorating my breasts.
