My nipples! I love my nipples.

I'm one of those people who sets up limits for myself and then love to step over those limits, I don't know why ... Makes me feel like I'm living on the edge when actually I'm not.
But my nipples were one limit that I was NEVER going to overstep, Too sore, too sore, too sore! I had visions of myself wearing Paper cups in my bra so that nothing would touch them. I had visions of me passing out on the piercing studio floor, or even worse : vomiting all over my piercer from the pain. I have plenty of other piercings which didn't hurt a jot, but the very thought of my nipples facing the needle made my skin crawl.
So, what changed my mind?
I met a man!
Online.
We entered into an interesting ...arrangement. I became his online slave. A new and exciting world. He decided that this was one of his tasks for me. To get both nipples pierced. I was only too happy to obey.
So one fine day I got my friend and off we went to town , she to do her tongue and me to do my nipples. It was one of those times when you make up your mind and then just have to do it instantly. No holding back, no letting the decision sink in, no waiting...just instant gratification. I love it! I was SHITTING myself! I really was very scared, but loving it , so excited. I don't think I've ever been as excited about any other tattoo or piercing before or since.
Eventually in the little room at the back , in the chair, top off, bra off and in a fit of giggles. Tracey is very cool, relaxed, friendly and putting me at ease. Assuring me that it IS going to be very bloody sore! So I was expecting the worst. She told me how it was going to go .. Pierce one side, then the other.... Then put the ring in one side then the other. So I got all ready , start doing my special breathing, got to calm down you know. The first side was like OWW!! the second side was like OW shit!!!
I usually like to watch the needle go through, but this time I couldn't. But Tracey is excellent and the needle went through quickly and efficiently. Once the needles were through I could look again, and I watched while she attached the rings to that little plastic piping, first one side then the other as with the needle. It hurt again when she pulled the ring through, but hey, by this time the endorphins had kicked in and a camel could have kicked me in the face and I wouldn't have minded!
And that was it .. no fainting , no vomiting, no screaming , no kicking! Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. (Thank you Tracey!)
They did bleed a lot though. Especially the second side, the right hand side. She put little Gauzes for the blood to drip into and a plastic sticker thingy over the lot. It looked quite hectic, the blood just caught in little pockets and you could see it through the plastic, just these deep redish maroon patches. I thought it looked good.
I love the post pierced feeling of absolute elation.
This one also felt particularly wicked!
Had to come back to work after that and be teased by all the, oh so amused colleagues. Some of them were just totally beffudled as to why I'd do something like that to myself. I guess its something you only get if you get it... get it?
I went out to friends for dinner that night, and I'm the only pierced and inked one among us for some reason. But they were all very amused and I gave them a sneak preview at the dinner table... bloody patches and all!
It's now over a month later and they are doing exceptionally well. I followed the after care routine of warm salt water twice a day. I found it really effective to use two little Chinese tea cups which could fit over my nipples so that I could let them soak in the water. For a while they were really just so sensitive and sore that I had to wear a bra even to sleep in because the feeling of light cloth rubbing them was just too much. And it was just the end of winter so the cold would give me nipple stands which were painful too. Otherwise all was very well. They look good too!
A week ago my online Dom arrived to meet me for the first time and he was very impressed with my nipples (his are pierced too). And I got to find out just how it feels to have pierced nipples compared to non-pierced nipples. The difference is remarkable.
