Nipples at No Holes Barred |
| ||||||||||||||||
This is the story of my nipple piercings. I have both of my nipples pierced vertically with 14 gauge barbells. I was originally not going to get them pierced. I went in to just get my labret, but decided to go ahead and get them done when I was there. I have seven (7) other piercings besides my nipples. I have two (2) in each ear (twelve (12) gauge and double zero (00) gauge), Twelve (12) gauge in tongue, fourteen (14) gauge labret, and six (6) gauge Prince Albert. I must tell you, to me, the first nipple hurt more than my prince albert. Well, to go ahead and skip all the stuff about me. Like I said before, I went in to get my labret pierced. That was one of the most painless piercings that I have ever experienced. It was over in a matter of seconds and was pretty much completely painless. It was done with a fourteen (14) gauge needle and I used a fourteen (14) gauge labret stud. Chris said that my labret was pierced crooked. He asked me if I wanted him to repierce it, but I decided to go ahead and keep it. You can hardly tell. But this is about my nipples, not my labret.After getting my labret done, I sat around the shop talking to Chris about various topics. After a while of talk, we went back in the room so I could get my nipples stabbed with a needle. I had my own jewelry (left over from past piercings I think), but I would later find that this would cause a problem. Make sure before any piercing that you know what gauge your jewelry is. So I took off my shirt and sat in the chair (I feel comfortable around Chris, he did my prince albert. He's also the only piercer I will go to). He decided to do the right nipple first then move to the left one. He told me that normally the second nipple always hurt the worst. The clamps did not hurt at all, but when the needle went through, damn that hurt. It felt like a wave or something that started at my head and went to my feet. It hurt but it was a different kind of pain, it is really hard to explain it. Then he tried to put my barbell through. It just so happens that this barbell is some odd gauge (it was not a fourteen (14) gauge, but it was not a twelve (12) gauge either). So this caused a little discomfort. After a few failed attempts to put the barbell in, he decided to get one of his mini-barbells and put that in (I like these barbells much more than I liked mine). After Chris did my right nipple, I told him that it hurt worse than my Prince Albert. He told me that he knew, but he did not tell me that before hand because he did not want to scare me. (He did not mean any disrespect for not telling me, he just did not want me to back out. He knew how badly I wanted this done. Plus he knows that I am a big WUSS.) So I sat there thinking about whether or not to get the other one pierced. After much consideration, I decided to go ahead and get the other nipple pierced. After all, I was already there. This one didn't hurt as much as the first nipple did.
After this piercing, I got ready to leave. Chris and I sat around and chatted some more. Then I was on my way home. About half-way home, I realized my right nipple was bleeding some. This kind of scared me, but I really was not that alarmed. I went through the same thing with my Prince Albert piercing. When I got home, blood had dripped on my pants. The blood had run all the way down my chest. Like I said it was not bad, but there was enough. The only real drawback about my nipple piercing was that that night every time my shirt or something touched or rubbed my nipples, it hurt like hell. When I woke up the next morning both nipples were bruised purple. They were also both very sore. My left nipple was not as bad as the right one. By the third day, they were still pretty sensitive and sore, but no where near as bad as the day before. There was dried blood stuck to the barbells. This is normal, and I removed it with warm soapy water and a cotton swab. My nipples have been pierced for about 1 month now, and they are doing great. I plan on getting them pierced horizontally sometime soon. I advise everybody who is considering getting their nipples pierced to go for it. The pain is minimal and temporary. You'll be glad that you did it. I hope this experience helped anybody out and answered some questions you may have had. You can read about my Prince Albert and the stretching of it under No P.A.'s Barred and No P.A.'s Barred Pt. 2. If you have any more questions, feel free to e-mail me.
