After years and years of begging my mom to let me get my belly button pierced she finally fell through. But it was a birthday present. She made me pick a place to get it done at. So I looked around and found a place. So the next day we went to get it done, but the place was really really dirty, so I didnt want to get it infected. So we looked around some more. We went to two other places and it was still really dirty.

So finally the last stop we went to. It was clean, really clean. I go in there and they were closing. I begged them to just do it, but they couldnt because they were closing. That made me really mad. So I had to wait a whole extra day.

So like at ten oclock the next day. I was there, and they were just barely opening. They just laughed when I walked in there. THey said you couldnt wait any longer. Im like nope. So Justin (the piercer) came out and asked me what I wanted to get pierced. So I told him. He went back in his office because he had to make a quick phone call. About ten minutes of waiting for him to get off the phone he finally took me back to the room! He started asking me questions, like what I wanted to get pierced and how old I was. He made me fill out all this paperwork stuff. So I start filling it out.

And he runs out of the room because he heard a scream, the guy in the next room passed out and fell while he was getting his tattoo done. So I sat there for like another twenty minutes. At this point I was really getting mad because I was in there for at least an hour waiting to get my belly button pierced.

Go out and get it done. Everyone has faith in you! Never give up and good luck to you and your piercings!

But I would seriously recommend getting your belly button pierced to anyone. Its so worth it

Finally he came back in and told me the story of what happened to that guy and Im like who cares just pierce it now. He went over the papers that I filled out.

While he was going through it he decided that he should scare me and freak me out, so he started telling me all these piercing stories. I started to get freaked out because I didnt know if it was gonna hurt or not.

He made me stand up so he could make the dots on my bellybutton. I asked him if he was going to use the clamps. And he said no he was never taught to use those. At this point when he was doing the dots, I was shaking because I was so scared. He told me to breathe in and out til I was calmed down a little more.

He told me to lay down. So I did, I had my mom holding my hand on one side and my little five year old nephew holding my other hand. My nephew was waiting for me to cry because he wanted to make fun of me. I felt his hands touch my tummy, and he told me to take four deep breaths and it was gonna be done. So I took four really long deep breaths and all I felt was a pinch.

I payed him and told him thanks like a billion times. I got into the car, and my pants got stuck on the barbell, and I started to cry because it hurt so bad, So on the drive home my pants were undone because I didnt want it to get caught again. He gave me this satin soap to wash it with. The first four to six weeks was a pain in the ass for me, because I usually sleep on my tummy, and I couldnt because it hurt so bad. And it hurts when my little nephew punched me in the stomach. It seriously took my breath away.

But I would recommed this to anyone. Get your belly button pierced. Its so worth it. I promise you. It looks great when you go out clubbing wearing your little belly shirts.

It doesnt hurt at all when you get it pierced. It feels like a little pinch. And the first four to six weeks is the worst because you cant wear jeans without it getting caught and you cant sleep on your stomach at all. Just dont listen to the bad stories before you get your belly button pierced. It will scare you and make you back out of it. Listen to the good stories like mine! :o)
