So your probably wondering about getting your belly pierced or if you were like me you were up all night worrying about getting it done... Well I have wanted this piercing for about two years at which age I was 12 so I asked my mom and she of course said no, but you can have your cartilage done so I got that pierced and I couldn't even feel it. Oh OK so I jumped because I didn't think she would go on 2 ... lol little pussy me. Anyways so my mom and I got into a agreement that if I got straight A's then I could get my belly done well I tried really hard but I ended up getting suspended leaving my grades severely damaged needless to say I didn't get my 4.0 so in the summer we got into a argument and we came to another compromise that if I was nice for a month A WHOLE MONTH (lol) then I could get it done... which for me was hard. lol

I was like okay cool maybe she will get addicted and let me get my tongue pierced lol (still not happening) I will keep on wishin.
Okay so we called addictions, which is the only place I would go to. My friends go they're also and I think it is a wonderful place.
So we walk in the door and I see my friend so I'm talking with him while my mom fills out paperwork and that's all cool then I start to shake... (Because it was um... cold?!?) lol so I finally pick out jewelry it's a black barbell. Usually they like to start out with a ring! Which doesn't matter on me because I do sports and it would be less easy to be caught on things (like bars) so we went back into the room and she asked okay so who is going first? I was like um, yeah I don't know... so she said okay that means you... lol I was like ooohhhh goodness so she stood me up and put this orange stuff on it (it was for cleaning) then wiped it off with alcohol she made the dot with a purple marker if you want to know how I remembered the number well it has been two days and my moms mark is still their lol it looks like she has a big fat bruise... lol anyways so she asked how does that look I was like don't you want it up higher? She is like no it's fine (as a joke) but I trust her so whatever lol I laid back on the bed and she pulled out the clamp (from packages) and they liked like Barbie sized tongs she placed it so the hole was center. Many people say this clamp hurts well I don't think she squeezed hard enough then because I didn't think it hurt... but she said okay when I say I want you to breath a big breath in and then let it go big also this process will make your body relax...
She goes okay big breath in so I breathed in a big one and I let it out and then she shoved the needle through really fast it sort of felt like when you bite your check but only less painful the stinging sensation was about the same the thing is it freaked my mom out more than me because she had to watch the needle. Um yeah don't do that!
I also looked with the big needle in me yeah don't do that either just breath and relax until your jewelry is in (which I don't think hurt) then I hobbled over to the mirror and I was in LOVE with it I felt like I had a new born baby... well then I noticed that my belly started stinging which was more bothersome than anything else it is about 15 to 20 minutes and it stops
Stupid me I headed on to gymnastics and they all loved it they had a special time just to ask me questions I felt so special then my friend was talking like normal and she hit me in the stomach UM YEAH OOOOUUUUCCCHHHHIIIEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So she was like hit me I had to stop myself cause I would have messed her up lol so my stinging hat had just left came back... lol oops she felt really bad lol so then it was tender I didn't have any trouble sleeping on it and in the morning I cleaned it like I was suppose to the first time I cleaned it was a little painful because you aren't use to moving it around but the second time got better and the third I could barley feel it I thought a hot bath felt good after you got use to the water... and if your like me then you will want to play with it so I suggest you do it through your shirt so the germs from your hands wont get on their which for the first couple days it is critical to be like that now I'm happily looking at my piercing and it has been two days...
P.S. your boyfriends or girlfriends LOVE IT (don't let them play with it yet though...

Are you going to use the numbing stuff?
Well the truth is that the numbing stuff is just for your mouth and that's all it works on it they actually numbed it then it would be more painful then when they were to pierce it... (That is just a mind game
Does a piercing hurt?
Well in a since it is not a bubble bath with Champaign but it doesn't hurt like O.M.G I wanna cry the stinging part annoyed me most...
Is it safe?
well any piercing comes with a risk but your body can heal a tummy pretty fast.
What are some last tips?
Well eat some sugar before you go preventing you possibly from passing out. Be sure to breath big...
