I have a lot of piercings for my age. I have 16 piercings and i'm only 14. I love getting piercings because it relieves everything.

I went to Maine Tattoo. Thats the only place I will go. I got to know the piercing specialist, his name is Ken Silvestri. I seen some of his work and decided that this was the place. All of the stuff is sterile and he does his piercings very carefully. None of the piercings I've gotten done from there have failed. They have all healed up very well.
One day I decided to get my bridge pierced. I know that it sounds weird, but I'm into weird stuff. This has probably been the most extreme thing I have ever done, and i've done some pretty weird things. Ever since I joined bmezine i have been into the whole weird thing. I think its really cool how people do stuff like that to there body. Thats how I got into all the piercings. I have been thinking of getting it done for awhile, but was afraid it would hurt. I like the whole pain thing, but I was really nervous on getting it done. Every day I thought about it and what my mom would say. I kept putting it off until one day I told myself that I would get it done. I seen a few pictures and i really wanted it done. I gained up the courage and asked my mom. I finally talked my mom into it and we agreed on going the next day. I called my friend up on the phone that night and told her that I was going to get it done. She couldn't believe it. She isn't really into piercings,especially weird ones, but she said that if I wanted her to go she would go because she wanted to see it done. The next day my mom took me to go see ken. I talked to him and told him that I was going to think about getting it done. He was talking to me and he told me that it wouldn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. My mom didn't really want me getting it done because she didn't like it, but she told me that she would be cool with the decision I made. He let me take my time and think about if I really wanted it done. I finally decided that I was going to do it. I have waited this long and finally had the chance to get it done. I was not going to back out. I took a big breath. I sat down in the chair and was a little nervous because i thought it was going to hurt. I have a lot of piercings, but i thought that my bridge would be the most painful because of where it is located. When I was waiting for Ken to get the stuff ready I kept thinking in my head that it would be worth it to get it done. Ken cleaned the spot he was going to pierce, marked it, and °>ÃwŒë got everything he needed to pierce me. He asked me if I was ready, and I told him yes, I held my breath, closed my eyes and I felt a little pinch. I asked him if it was done and he told me yes. I made it this far now all I had to do was wait for the jewelry to go in. It was a little pressure, but wasn't that bad. Wow! I can't believe I did it. It was that easy. It didn't hurt at all. I was so happy. Ken told me how to clean it and sent me on my way.
As I walked out of the shop I got a lot of looks. I don't mind because I like getting looks. I was so proud of myself for getting it done that I didn't even care. I felt like a whole new person and wanted to go show my new piercing off.
Getting my bridge done has changed everything. I would definitely recommend this piercing to anyone. I tried to talk my friend into getting it done, but of course she said no because shes not into that stuff. I will get her into it.
It has been about a week since I've had my bridge done. I haven't had any problems really except when I wake up i always pull it and sometimes it gets in the way. It hurts pretty bad when you pull it. The healing is going well I clean it 3 times a day. It is a little red, but its just part of the healing. It is definitely worth it. I'm so glad that I have it done.
