Well it was a while back the first eyebrow ring {which I remember as if it were my child}, which I still have in my eyebrow, it has lasted a long ass time. Its been about nine years now that I have had it. Once it falls out I shall replace it with another.

Well I was twelve years old and I went in with my mom, dad and aunt to a shop that was run by two older guys one an ink

artist "joey", and the other which was named "the bear", he was an ink artist as well a piercer. My mom and aunt were getting their bellies done, mom turned to me and asked me what I wanted and I already had it planned to get the eyebrow or belly done I wanted to be different and thought the eyebrow was an attractive

place for the ring to be.

I recall walking into the small room he had set up. Music which was soft kind of portishead-ish with scented candles going. A nice black/dark red chair, which was placed back for my mom's belly.I was totally in "awe" of ink enough my mother liked to collect mag's, I which would run into her room while she was gone and read.

Anyways, I soon watched my mom jump out and giggle. Showing me the little ring inside her belly, and it being a little red she was happy.

I then turned around and bear had moved the chair up so it was sitting upright. I sat down in it and looked at him he tilted my head back a little bit and then cleaned up that part of my face, felt around a bit {due to making sure the nerves and such}. He talked

me threw it told me to stay calm. Being myself I just sat there and smiled now and then, curious to know what it would feel like. I followed as he talked, taking deep breath's in and out listening to the music playing. Closed my eyes and felt his hand holding my brow a little bit. Then I felt a little poke opened my eyes to see a little black marker, which he said "marking you up" Then he took out a small kind of cute clamp. He told me it was going hurt a little due to the pressure making the brow pretty much go numb. To that I let him do so and felt a little pain run threw the top of my face. I then watched him take a needle and hold it to the middle of the small clamp, which on both sides had small holes to glide the needle threw. At that he told me to close my eyes and breath out...breath in.. hold.. exhale, and then he pushed the needle threw. At that it went threw fast a sharp pain ran threw me but it gave me one hell of a rush. I felt my head go a little warm, he smiled at the goofy grin that crossed my face and told me I was going to end up seeing him for more holes. Which I smiled at, for I know I found something I enjoyed. He told me to wait for the ring had to go in yet. i sat back and started to feel the blood running threw it, and the feeling comming back in the brow. He ran a ring on one side of the needle and pulled the ring threw the skin.Took the clamp off, and the needle was fully out. He then grabbed a little bead, and pushed the ring together spinning it a little bit and then the little bead.

I got up slowly and smiled and noticed everywhere I walked was a little bead. I could feel the pain slowly comming to in the eyebrow, but it felt good. Bear commented on how well it looked on me, due to my eyes and how my face is shaped. I then looked in the small mirror he handed me and I fell in love with it. My dad laughed at me, I explained to him how I felt like a cat or dog that could see what they were chasing but couldn't get it. I got some cleaning stuff from bear and he explained to me how to clean it, what to look out for, and hoped I would come back for more.

The following week was interesting, getting used to the ring

was neat people noticed. Well it was rare where I was from. So I became I guess more so a "child freak" in the little small minded community I lived inside. I love it very fond of them, meaning I got another one done about 2-3 years after that. Now I have 2 in the left eyebrow, and they are my babies *smiles*
