I wanted my eyebrow pierced so i started by looking at the webpage then e-mailed Primal Urge Piercing for prices and information, i received a reply within the hour, (two other stores replied 2 days later), in one day we had sent 3 e-mails, between myself and Bob, i was impressed already.

One of my friends decided to come with me and ended up with his eyebrow pierced aswell.
The service at this point is without even the slightest fault, i was very comfortable, and felt like i already knew Bob, i was ecstatic and nervous at the same time, Bob was so friendly, the best part of my experience i would have to say was the communication between me and my piercer, I cant say enough how he has a calming effect and i think that, that quality comes from his passion for his art, you can tell if someone doesnt truely love what they do.
There was so much beautiful jewelry to choose from it was truley amazing, if i had the cash i thnk id buy it all absolutley fantastic, anything you want, they have it, the collection is the best range i have ever seen. Also the best quality
Anyway, i was up, it was time, i have 2 tattoos and my nose pierced already but EYEBROW! i was a bit scared of the pain im not ashamed to admit!
Bob gave me an affectionate pat on the head for me to follow him, so as he lead the way i came closer and closer to finally having what i wanted for a long while now.
I sat on the bed/table and had the dots drawn on and Bob was very helpful in my deciding the exact spot, i dont know what i would have done i needed him to tell me where he thought and he did, it was such a relief,he does it all the time so i figured he'd know the "normal" spot!!
Bob was so patient and friendly i had no doubts at all about letting this man pierce my face,i had total trust in him and not for a minute was i thinking that there was any chance of a problem, so the dots are drawn and i lay back on the table and away we went, he was very gentle and precise, hehehe he also wiped the tears that kept gathering in my left eye underneath the piercing. WOW it hurt more than i expected but not as much as it could have, i felt the needle go thru every bit of tissue, i know it sounds discouraging but it was a wikid rush and it was well worth it. I would hate to turn anyone off getting pierced,the pain is a small price to pay to recieve the gift of such an experience.
Anyway was all over bar the shouting, it took about 5mins once Bob was ready to go, it hurt but i can definatel imagine in hurting alot worse with somebody rough, but i felt in such capable hands while i happily sat there and let Bob do his thing.
My friend and I both followed Bob back into the room where we were both pierced and listened while he explained how to look after our fresh wounds!
We were not rushed out of there like nobodys we were both treated with respect and kindness until we left the building, we didnt feel kicked out and unimportant, which is amazing this day in age where you are kicked out the door almost everywhere no matter how much you spend so bitter workers can have a break.
So, as i sit here still a bit swolled and bruised i wouldnt change it for the world, i cant imagine having such an experience without Bob and all his staff, i will never go anywhere else for piercings or jewelry.
The staff were friendly and kind, while i was waiting at the start one of the ladies there showed me through 2 books of her photos of excellent and rare piercings and we talked about the subject and i was very happy to hear her experience also , she made me feel very comfortable, felt to me like i was talking to a friend.
I cant thank Bob & Staff enough,i am absolutely stoked, i feel like shouting from the rooftops about Primal Urge Piercing, i cant remember receiving so much service,
If you want a truely delightful and sociable experience go to Primal Urge, you wont regret it. I know i dont.
