For the past few weeks now I have been really wanting to get another piercing other then my ears and my tongue. It took me forever to decide what I wanted to get pierced, I was stuck between my lip and nose. So after asking around for quite some time I decided to get my nose done. I asked my mom and she was kool with it as long as I payed for it. So I finally decided to go get it done today and I had no money on me so right after I woke up I went to the bank and got out some money.

I didn't want to go back to where I got my tongue done because the guy who pierced my tongue quit. :( So I decided I'd go to Adrenaline and see what it was all about. Plus I had a coupon for $5 off any body piercing. On the way there I wasn't too nervous about it or anything just afraid of how much it'll hurt. I already had my tongue pierced so I was like hey if I can do that I can surely do this.
So we were pulling into the parking lot and that's when I got nervous my hands started shaking and ahh I was so scared. So my mom and I walked in and there were two guys sitting there playing video games on this big screen TV. There was no one else in the shop at that time which made me feel much more comfortable because I hate when there's people there, heh. So, they asked me what they could do and I told them I had wanted to get my nose pierced. They gave my mom a form to fill out and whatnot. We talked for a bit just about the shop and decorations which made me a lot less nervous. My mom kept cracking jokes on purpose I think..that helped too.
So, a few minutes later the guy told me to come in the back, so I did. He then told me to sit down in the chair and he put on his gloves. He then took off my glasses because they were in the way and I could barely see anything then. Then he got a little blue tube and stuck it in my nose and then he got out the needle and said "this may hurt a little" and just shoved the needle through. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would but at that point I was very unsatisfied. My eyes watered up a lot but that's okay cause everyone's eyes would, heh. I bled and he gave me a paper towel to tap my nose with. Then he got out a q-tip that had some stuff on it and told me it might sting a little and put it on my nose.
I will never go back to that piercing shop ever again though because of a few reasons: 1)he didn't mark my nose 2)I didn't see him open the needle 3)he didn't ask what kind of stud I had wanted and gave me a really ugly gold pyramid shaped one 4)I think he pierced it too high up on my nose 5)he didn't even explain what he was doing. I was just so angry. I asked when I would be able to change the nose screw and he said I could in 30 days but if I wanted to have it changed really bad before my 30 days is up to just come back with the new stud and he would change it for me with no charge. I really hate where he pierced my nose though, I think it should be down a little bit but oh well, I can't do anything about it now! My mom says she thinks it looks fine where it's at but I don't know. Anyway, he then explained to me how to take care of it(now that shocked me) and I payed and left.
So if anyone who reads this is planning on getting a nose piercing go for it, just make sure you go to a place that you know is good and be sure to ask a lot of questions. I think maybe when I'm able to change my nose stud that I'll be more satisfied with my piercing. :P If anyone has any questions on this or on tongue piercings feel free to email me or IM me on AIM, my screen name is JisvsaMisa.
