Ok here I go. I am going to tell u about my tongue piercing. It was a few days till my 15th birthday and I had wanted my tongue pierced for ages but I kept getting the same answer 'NO!' It wasn't fair! Then I was talking to my mum 1 nite and she said "well u can get it done cos its Ur tongue but make sure Ur dad doesn't find out. So, I was getting my tongue pierced! On the day of my birthday (3 days B4 Xmas) I went with my mum and my friend Michelle to get my tongue pierced. When we got to the piercing place my mum had picked out (she had researched all the local 1s because she didn't what here baby getting a piercing that went all yuck) anyway when I walked into the piercing place I was shaking like nothing on earth. We went to the desk and said that I was here to get my tongue pierced. The girl at the desk was actually the piercer that was on that day and she was really nice. She told me to go over to the glass container and pick out a barbell I wanted. I picked out this really cool purple 1 but then I was told I had to pick a big bar cos when I got the piercing it would swell up. She said that they changed ur barbell after 2weeks for free and they gave u a littler barbell. :) so I would b able to get the purple 1 but not just yet. She took me though to the back room(which I can say now was REALLY clean)She asked me to sit on this dentist chair thing while she went to get a clean needle and clamp etc.. Once she got them all she showed me that they were all clean cos they were all in sealed packets. She took me over to the sink and gurgle with mouth wash. Then she told me to sit back down on the chair thing. She went through all the information and answered all my questions and as she was getting on the gloves asked me if I was sure I wanted to go through with this and I said yeah. She told me to stick out my tongue and asked me if I wanted it further back or nearer the front. I just said whatever's the best. She got a cocktail stick thing and marked my tongue. She got me to go to the mirror to check if that was ok placing and it was perfect. So I sat back down on the chair ready for the worst pain ever. She told me she was piercing from the bottom to top so she didn't his NE veins. She put the clamp on and said "take deep breaths. on your 3rd breath out I'm gonna pierce it ok?" I managed to mumble out an "oooaa" Lol. I breathed in, ,out ,in and on the breath out she stabbed my tongue! I still carried on breathing and by the time I got to my 4th exhale it was done. No pain at all. I was expecting a really sore pain but it wasn't. to tell u the truth I thought getting my ears pierced was worse than that! She had done a brilliant job. She had made a perfect piercing . And it was mine!! .

My mum paid and the girl told my mum to go buy non-alcohol mouthwash and she told my mum the best things to eat and drink was hot stuff but not stuff like chilli's and stuff like that. I jumped into the car and I went for a McDonalds. Lol I managed to eat the chips cos they are so small but chicken nuggets. Lol don't even go there. I got home and I was showing every1 it. It was so cool but it was kinda starting to get sore.
I woke up the next morning and it was really swollen. I wasn't caring because I know everything bad that happens something good must happen as well I fed off of cups of tea and mushed tatties for about a week. I have got a few tips for all u that are wanting to get their tongue pierced. DON'T PLAY WITH IT WHEN U FIRST GET IT DONE! I know that its hard not to resist but u will regret it because it makes it hurt a lot more. Another think not to do. Don't kiss Ur boyfriend/girlfriend because I done that and AWW it hurt like fu*k!!
After the 2 weeks I had to go back to the place to get my bar changed and I could get the purple 1!!!!!!! I walked in(my mum wasn't with me this time) and I went up to the desk and it was the same girl! (I feel really bad because I cant remember her name) She talked to me for a while asking me how I was getting on with it and if there had been any problems. After I got my purple bellbar in she asked me to come and see a boy that was getting his tongue pierced to tell him what it was like. He kept asking me questions like "does it hurt?" "no it doesn't" " can u eat?" "some things." And if I may say so he was nice looking. Lol (I shouldn't say that though cos I am going out with some1)
If anyone is wanting to get there tongue pierced I say go get it. This was my very first body piercing(apart from my ears) and I think the ears were worse to get done. The pain is bearable so GO GET IT!!
