My 4th Tongue Piercing
At A Glance Author Trey Contact cougwrestler@yahoo.com Artist Donna Studio Paradise Tan Location Ada, OK My name is Trey and my friend's name is Josh. I live in a really small boring town; i'll keep the rest of our location details a secret, i don't want to be tracked down, lol. We are both the age of 16, and work at the same job. We've been best-friends for a long while now.
I had my tongue done 3 times before this last one. Josh never had enough money or anyone to sign for him, so this was his first. About a week before our crazy act for the summer to defy our parents i lost my wallet with all my money. Josh couldn't get his done unless i got mine done (I'll explain why later) so he gave me the $50 bucks.
I talked to my mom about letting me pierce it for the 4th and final time. Of course, she said "HELL NO" but after a 3 hour talk i persuaded her. Josh's parents didn't know or didn't approve of this idea. A small problem like that wasn't going to stop me. I had my mom supposedly call Josh's dad. Josh deepened his voice and talked like his dad; he said that his wife, donn, gave him permission and he didn't care. Josh and me did have to scrub the oil spots in my driveway. My mom is always complaining about us never doing anything for her, so this way we could both compromise and get what we want.
After all that scrubbing, josh and me cleaned up. I said "Ok Mom, lets get going I don't want to be late!" She pulled some bs about being tired now and that she wouldn't take us. She was still unsure about the way Josh's dad sounded *wink*wink*. Luckily my sister said she would drive us to our destination. She could only drop us off, we would have to walk back to my house. Josh was worried because he had snuck out, to come to my house. He was supposed to be waiting for a police officer to call, he had been mashing mail boxes and had to go down to the station with his parents; it would be bad if he called and us walking wasting more time wasn't helping. Angie, my sister, said she would take him back home if we walked to my house so everything was set.
Josh eems really calm all the way to the shop; I am just chillin' in the back seat as usual. Piercings don't bother me at all. We walk into the place and I notice that josh seems a little more nervous. The woman is reluctant to pierce Josh's tongue because my sister is not his legal guardian, but eventually she gives in. We walk into the back room as angie leaves; i whisper to josh that he has to go first. As Josh sits in the chair, she marks his tongue. I told him it was a good spot. Our eyes make a direct contact and I can tell it hurts as the needle slides thru. We've both played football and been injured so this is nothing as to pain. She has a little trouble screwing the ball on but soon enought it's my turn to sit in the chair. I specificly show her where i want it pierced. She explains that it will hurt a lot and asks if i really want it that bad. I smile, poke my tongue out and says "It won't hurt for long." It seemed like forever for her to slide the needle thru my tongue. It wasnt' half as bad as i thought it was going to be. We paid, took our Sea Salt samples and starting walking back to my house in the extreme heat.
The store and my house are really close to my work. I had called sick in that day so i could get my new piercing. We were almost at my house and i saw a fellow employee. This was a mexican friend, his name is Liboreo. He thought our tongue rings were awesome and that's about all i could make out in his spanish talking. I said later dude, and he responded with "Ciao." We finally made it to my house, dripping in sweat, happy as could be. Angie was getting ready for work and took us in a couple minutes. As we pulled away from Josh's house, we watched him climb back in his window.
I was worried all the way home that he got caught and we were going to get in trouble. I called and thankfully everything was fine. He was going to see the officer soon, and he could say yes sir, no sir, and i'm sorry so he was fine. I called everyone and told them that Josh got his done too. Seemed some of my friends weren't sure if he'd go thru w/ it. Even thought we tried hard to hide it, his mom saw it a couple days ago. They were at a doctor, and during his check-up the doc said to hold his tongue out. She didn't really gripe too much; he wouldn't tell her how he got it or i wouldn't be on this computer right now. After that day the only thing she's ever said about it, is if he could eat a hamburger or not.
As of right now, i have a eyebrow ring and tongue. I look forward to writing about the eyebrow and getting more piercings. If you want my advice, go get whatever piercing you want. Don't be afraid there not permament, you can always take it out. MAKE SURE TO PROPERLY CLEAN DAILY, wouldn't want a body part falling off, lol. So later for now, have fun with those piercings.
