my painless tongue piercing

Ok so I've wanted my tongue pierced for a long time now. Plus three of my guy friends have theirs done and now I want one more than ever. Im also writing this as a daily thing. First, find the right place. My two options for piercing places are Dead Serious and Body Treasures. I'm choosing Body Treasures cause they are cheaper Plus the piercer (J.D.) is really nice. Bonus the Body Treasures over here was named nicest studio, and all who work there are qualified. One prob is my parents say no, no, NO! Well my tongue, so Im getting it done!

Im doing it this Friday! Cost $64.95 ugh. But oh well. Its worth it!

Friday: wake up thinking what should be my last meal, I have school til 10:50 so Im meeting my friend(who is also getting his done too) at Taco Bell. Alright here I go....

ITS DONE YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MY TONGUE IS PIERCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's what happens. We went into the piecing area (super clean place) and J.D. tells us about after care. Then he gets out all equipment (in sterile bags) and 30 sec. BAM its done. Now I'm the biggest wimp there is but this piercing is PAINLESS!!!!! Biting your tongue hurts worse. I'm serious. No pain!

Day 1. 1 hour later (1pm) top of tongue is fine, but the bottom is becoming a little painful but bearable. My whole mouth is numb from the ice.

3pm- not too bad, the bottom hurts cause it's rubbing my mouth but other than that it's cool

4pm time to rinse. You should have been giving more salt water to rinse. Not too bad but you have to do it for 30 min then go back to ice keep switching every 30 minutes. I love it though It's so cute and fun! Speech is a little impaired and IM HUNGRY!!!!!!!!

7 pm. IT HURTS! ok I love to play with it and look at it I guess that's a big no no. well for me, it only for an hour and I think its cause I stopped using ice. note: ICE IS GOOD, its takes away the swelling. I found out i cant say anything with X, S, Kathy or any other K's, the #3 and a few others. Speech is hard but not bad.

12 am really hungry but I'm tired so I brushed my teeth use the Biotene (yum minty stuff)that they give me. well til morning

8:30 am little swelling, bottom ball hurts, its painfull but bearable still. brush teeth and use biotene again.

NOTE: TRY NOT TO COUGH!!!!! coughing hurts badly!!!!!!!!

10 am tried to eat a donut, no good, I couldn't swallow it. sweet success is good or any other kind of drink.

more ice feels good next challenge is going home and not letting my parents know and then going to work 3-11 and talk right, and no playing with it.

1pm well I could fine enough so my mom didn't notice. Now shes gone and I can try to eat again. Good choice- chunky chicken soup with rice. Rice I really good you don't have to chew and there are few chucks of food if you would like to try chewing. Not too bad chewing is a little tough but damn its great to be eating ! well time for work oh my poor tongue will have to talk a lot. Not to mention everyones gonna come up to me to see my piercing. I love being the center of attention, just hope my tongues up to the challenge.

3-11pm work. Well not too bad, tongue got sore but a shish of salt water and a few cubes, im back to usual. Took my lunch and couldn't eat fries, so I ate more rice soup (campbells soup to go) got home and tackled some chicken nuggets. Eat slow, and chew the food in the back of your mouth. That gave me little probs. Chewing slow means when ya bite the barbell, it wont hurt so much. My tongue is still double its size but not too sore.

12 pm woke up in pain. It hurt so bad. So I used the biotene, and iced it. Now its back to normal (normal being a swelled up tongue but no pain) My challenge for tonight, Moms making fried chicken and umm I need to find a way to get out of it!

Well I got out of it, and went to a friends house. Then to work. Ive been giving a white discharge around the piercing but they said that's normal. I just swish some salt water and brush around it and its fine. Eating is easier too. Mashed potatoes is really good. The only prob I have is it being swelled still. But as long as I can talk somewhat good I'm fine. Til tomm!

Mon Nov. 6 well I believe this is done. I love my piercing and if you are even thinking about getting it DO IT!!! I have yet to get caught, and lets hope never will. If ya have any questions feel free to email me or look me up on yahoo messenger id -skablue330. Im usually on here.
